KT, please point to the specific provision of the U.S. Constitution that states it applies to American Citizens only...

Using your logic, are you willing to say that if the police were to arrest a British Citizen, they would be legally free to "waterboard" that person?

The Constitution places limits upon the Federal Government... the citizenship of the person is irrelevant.

Roscoe: Clarke and Ventura served this country ... Cheney did not ..... both Clarke and Ventura have stated that war should be a last resort ... Diplomacy is the same thing applied by leaders like Nixon with China .. The concept of brow beating and speaking down to others does not work in life and sure did not work under the Bush era .... Obama is smart and trying to recreate a Positive Image on the worldwide stage is something ever American should appreciate .... if the USA was not in bed with Israel the Arab world would not have one problem with this country
