This is like one of those judge shows I saw recently.

Dude is on the stand for stealing a car from the plaintiff. When the judge is asking the plaitiff about the lighting around his car at the time it got stollen.....the defendant just spits out "it was dark out" ...... and then trys to say he was talking about a club he was in earlier that day. Was one of the dumbest moments I have ever seen.
