This guy sounds like he could be a solid #1/#2 starter...some sick numbers. Don't know if I will play the game but I will rarely go against a first time pitcher since the line-ups haven't faced them yet.

Lots of guys dominate the minors but dont really have the stuff to back up those numbers, that is the the case here.

Yeah I have read the same Viejo...seems he is highly touted by any scouting reports I read. Haven't saw exactly what he has myself.
