what EOG should have done is before this decision made all employees sign a new employment contract and non disclosure agreement that was airtight ...then they should have offered these guys some severance 3-6 months after signing an agreement to not clutter the boards with crap or talk anything about EOG, AGAIN AIRTIGHT AND ENFORCEABLE BY LAWSUIT.......

again a little preparation goes a long way...

then they should have cut a deal with mofome to start his own site but had a piece of it....kept it like they hate eachother but also eachothers best advertising..like patsy's and grimaldi pizza in NY or Zildjian and Sabian cymbals....both in business both doing well....

they they could have had the best of all worlds....

all I know is that if u guys put as much effort into this site, improving it , contributing to it and CHANGING IT for the better regardless of Ken's "vision" since he passed as you have today in fighing your case after the fact, it would have been a much tougher decision for the new owners to make...sitting back and saying this is the way Ken wanted it is a simple copout.......
Ken was wrong in a lot of aspects of his life, and this site was also flawed.....with him gone taking the "we will do it the way Ken would," attitude is the easy way out....and as a new owner I would not want those people here either....it doesnt mean u didnt do a good job or that you are bad people...i dont even think u realized u were doing what was easier and not something that could make this place better...its too late now...the last month was the audition....read your posts...if u can say, its the same stuff "I have always done" , then thats the problem

bigdaddy Ive got more cash in my post up account at legendz than you do Im sure but thanks for the advise.

also they are the ones that offered a variety of contests, I played by all the rules, posted up, active, positive there and happened to win a couple (at pig and legendz)..they get lots of press and attention to have contests and multiple posters playing.....then they made up some unwritten rule and did not give the prizes after months of having fun with the contest to me and then said I could not enter others even the one I was the defending champ with...blondie even asked when we tried to fill a contest here at EOG and wondered wtf is wrong with them.....:thumbsupand ..how they handled it with me personally with the polite phone call I had is why I call them clowns...you did not hear them....

I did post up and support bet911 yes, an EOG book that the owner Ken stated some approval for, as did some mods....I know its buyer beware,, but I support EOG sponsors as I support EOG (in that way I support the owners, who if are betrlegendz Im not thrilled about) do you get it?
