Hi guy's I am posting this here and hope it's the right spot. I have an affiliate package for sale with a very good US facing sportsbook. They pay for 2 employees to work my current data base, I have approx. 1200 signed up players but only around 71 active seeing I have not been more involved over the last year. I'm asking 90k or best offer. The Company will pay 30% net losses on one of my packages and 40% on the other, both are paid weekly. Since I started with the organization in Aug. 2007 there has been around 1.5 million in net losses. If your interested please contact me for more information .... I will put you in contact with the sportsbook so you can make sure everything I am saying is 100% correct.

Sure Brick, I have almost 3 million leads which I will throw in as well, however I had my employees call them and pitch them. The package is with Justbet, which is a very good book. The players range in size one large bettors to the 10 bettor. The problem is right now there is only 1 person working the sheet right now and it's kinda hard to keep up with 1200 players, we are trying to fill the void and get another sales guy in there right now. Also if you do any direct mail adverting you will get some good response. Please let me know if you guys have any other questions

PO69 I can not go that low, that's way to low for a package that makes as much as this, I do not really want to sell it to be honest however I have some family issues going on right now so I need the capital.

How could this be spam?? really?? why would this not be the place for this, you have a lot of affiliate marketers here, it's not like I'm not offering something of value, and it's not like the other person will not make their money back and a whole lot more.

the difference is the sponsors on this site PAY for their banners and EOG makes money and keeps forum operating off being an affiliate.. u are in a sense stealing traffic from those banners by posting ur justbet garbage on the forums.. take it somewhere else brah.. seriously

That makes no sense, I am not promoting justbet, here at the EOG there are other affiliate marketers that might want to cash in on my need to sell this package right now, learn the difference between promoting a service and selling a package.

Ok, I admit that I don't really understand what it is the guy is trying to sell. But his comment, " affiliate package for sale with a very good US facing sportsbook," seems a little odd. I take that to mean that his "package" is oriented to US players. Well, isn't that just exactly what the Internet Gambling law enforcement officers are out to break? (I forget the initials the law goes by.)

Tell us the real reason why you are selling out? If what you say is true, you should be making money hand over fist. This sounds as if the Feds are getting too close to you and you want to run and hide. 10 million people out of work, and you blame your problem on not having enough people working the sheet. That simply does not pass the smell test.

Newport, these players did not come from the internet, the majority of them came from list that we called on, we where able to see their net losses before we contacted them hence the reason in 3 years they have lost over 15. million.

That would be wrong, that's the reason I said I will put you in touch with the owner of the sportsbook so you can make sure everything I say is true. I have been in the industry for over 10 years now and one thing I no is karma is a mother f**ker, when the package gets sold I will be out of the game.

No I have never blamed the reason I'm selling the package on only have one caller right now, all I stipulated was you will get more players in when we get the 2nd person, I am selling the package because I have some family issues going on right now and I need the capital to deal with what has transpired in my life over the last 60 days.

I would understand if I was selling my package for a discount you would be correct, my package is being sold at a fair market price, you can not ask for 2 times it's current worth any more you could have in years past, however you can ask for 1 years worth of income and that would be fair market value.

Why wouldn't Justbet/tradewinds just take it off your hands and pay you for it. obviously because it is not worth what you think it is worth. Who in there right mind would give you 90k for that other than the book where they have been already playing.

That's not true at all, most sportsbooks do not like to buy out affiliates and there are a number of reasons why the do not, however you can speak with them directly and find out if my package is over priced, I gaurentee you, they will tell you it's not.

To funny, affiliate packages are a gray area, not white hat or black hat, i think the us government has better things to do with there time, then try and catch affiliate marketers, where there really is no law against what we do, that would be kind of fun for them to build a case around affiliate markets don't you think?

Why do you think the law is a gray area.... the Justice Dept and other state agencies have busted affiliates in the past.... It's only a gray area if you're trying to sell you package. You work for the book as a collector therefore you are part of their operation... and subject to RICO statutes.

It dawned on me that maybe you don't do the collecting but you're still participating in the profits. And since it's out of country that would make it a Federal case so therefore RICO comes in to play along with other charges I'm sure. Just because you don't 'think' the law applies to affiliates doesn't mean it doesn't.
