Sheriff Joe doesn't need subpoena powers. Just take whats happening in NH and GA right now and multiply it by -- 57 states. The wave of upcoming challenges is Team Kenyan's worst nightmare, and why they so hastily released a forged birth certificate in April. The fact is, they were backed into a corner by Trump, Corsi and AZ lawmakers.

After years of stonewalling, "Obama" finally blinked, and in doing so, sealed his own fate. Now it's only a matter of time before the country finds out his entire joke of a presidency is a mirage. Once Sheriff Joe's report comes out, all Hell is going to break loose and "Obama" will have to have to account for his actions, at which point there can only be two possible outcomes:

1) "Obama" legally proves who he says he is, and in doing so, almost assuredly seals his reelection.

2) Birthers are vindicated, the Crime of the Century is exposed, and...well...his troubles (not to mention every Democrat and Republican who knowingly aided and abetted this treason) are just beginning.

Either way, its going to come to a head.

A local man is asking a United States federal court to help him gain access to information related to the citizenship history of President Barack Obama.

Berryville resident, George Archibald has petitioned the United States District Court for the District of Columbia to compel the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and former White House Counsel Robert Bauer to produce documents that Archibald says may provide new insight into whether the President?s mother forfeited his US citizenship when Obama was just six-years-old.

If Archibald?s suspicion is correct it would raise important questions about the legitimacy of Obama?s qualifications to hold the office of President of the United States.

?I?m not a ?birther,??? Archibald said after filing his lawsuit. ?I?m simply interested in getting to the bottom of what appears to be stone-walling by the administration against my Freedom of Information request.?

In the suit, filed on November 16 in the District of Columbia, Archibald alleges that a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request that he filed with the FBI?s Winchester, Virginia office on April 15, 2011 asking for information produced during the FBI?s background check of presidential candidate Barack Hussein Obama II was improperly rejected. In the FOIA request Archibald asks for ?information regarding Obama?s birth in 1961, family background, citizenship, residency, immigration, expatriation/repatriation, and other matters related to Obama? s origins and nationality generated during the FBI?s 2008 investigation of presidential candidates.?

Archibald?s request is based on President Dwight D. Eisenhower?s Executive Order 10450, ?Security Requirements for Government Employment,? issued in 1953. Under the Eisenhower directive, the FBI conducts background checks on all presidential candidates. Archibald is seeking information that may have turned up in the FBI investigation related to Barach Obama?s citizenship status after his mother wed an Indonesian citizen.

Archibald believes that after Obama?s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro, arrived in Djakarta with her young son in 1967, who he says was adopted by stepfather Lolo Soetoro, Barry Obama maintained permanent residency and schooling in Indonesia until 1971 before returning to Honolulu in 1979 to live with his maternal grandparents where he attended high school and later graduated. Archibald contends that Indonesian authorities would have required the young Obama to naturalize in order to remain in the country and attend school.

Obama Ballot Challenge Director Pamela Barnett briefly spoke with Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. after her hearing to decide whether or not the court will let her see any original records that may be on file in Hawaii for Barack Obama. Eligibility activist Miki Booth and some Tea Party supporter were able to attend the hearing. In short, the judge continued the hearing because a clerk of the court refused a Fedex package from Orly Taitz to the court and did not file other documents with the docket that were submitted.

Essentially there is illegal sabotage being committed by clerks and possible others within the Hawaii court.

In a complete act of tyranny the Hawaii Deputy Attorney General argued to have the press cameras turned off and not be allowed to film the proceedings. The Deputy Attorney General began name calling of Dr. Taitz saying she is a ?birhter? and is committing treason and should not be allowed to have the hearing covered by the media.

Taitz argued that her case is a public matter of great importantce and that it is not frivolous. The judge sided with Taitz and allowed the media to begin recording the hearing again. The judge continued the case to be able to sort out the filings made by Taitz.

Interesting position.

I believe the Constitution trumps everything, including the will of the electorate. The Constitution is the strongest safeguard of our liberties, not "tyranny of the majority" or mob rule. The United States was founded a constitutional republic, not a democracy and certainly not, NOT a "social democracy": the 'progressive' wet dream for America.

Now, take that principle and apply it to what is happening today. Even if voters are experiencing "buyer's remorse" from 2008 (which appears to be case) and reverse course in 2012 (which may or may not happen), most of the damage done under this president is irreparable. This is one of many reasons why discovery of the his ineligibly is so critical. Not only must justice be done, this must never EVER be allowed to happen again.

Either the Constitution means something, or it doesn't. If it doesn't, then the United States of America is finished. I don't believe in such a fate, and thankfully neither do millions of Patriots (tea party, 'birthers' etc.) across the country.

I was particularly impressed with this particular paper.
Not only did it confirm everything we’ve been pointing out for over the past three years, but it comprehensively addressed and tackled even tangentially-related issues, such as providing the case law and reasoning on issues of applying NBC to US citizens born abroad and establishing the NBC status of “anchor babies”.
I was quite impressed how most of the birther myths were tackled and struck down forcefully and with well-sourced footnotes:

-That other nations claims or a person’s claims of “dual citizenship” have NO impact on citizenship status of US citizens and that US sovereignity and our own laws prevail.
-Completely busting the whole “Indonesian” adoption myth and confirming that minors cannot lose their NBC status in such circumstances.
-That re: making challenges to eligibility:

the legal presumption is always of eligibility, and thus the initial burden of proof is always upon those who challenge a candidate’s eligibility, and not on a candidate to “prove” eligibility
