My GF is pretty damn perceptive, but she says she just cannot get a better reading than that.

Brick the butch sounds fairly accurate. They don't say she's built like a Brickshithouse for nothing.

Also important to remember that she was raised in South Dakoter where every child is raised as if it were a son, regardless of anatomy or what the birth certificate says. Different world out there in the Wild Wild West.
