If its just a handful, 5 or so i will take a stab at the crapshoot for an Ipad. If its 10/15+ but lower than 20 its probably a -ev situation

Lets hear the numbers from everyone besides Kinger to see where the contest stands :scooter

how can it be negative expectation? the money isn't a fee, it's yours to gamble with.


for me it's less a matter of expectation anyway. i'd like to think we have 50 non-brokesters here who care enough about the forum to send 100 to a sponsor to help out. this obviously not pointed at you. you went above and beyond as a mod. but i'm glad you're back to being a relentless dickhead because i missed that guy.

can we confirm this is a EOG poster only prize contest for those that enter and post up $100 min.... we will see all the prop picks and entrants in that thread and not a mystery second set of 15-20 picks from another place?

I doubt this. I had the same issue and had never before created an account. I worked it out through live chat, they were very friendly.

Disagree with them doing that... this should've been strictly an EOG poster contest.

But, on the other hand, anyone who signs up via their website, still has to sign up here and make picks here.

EOG Mike...this statement is not true...I have not created an account at Bet Latina in the past..spoke to a guy on the phone and he said it was probably Bet Phoenix or Mania said I had same email and used same password...

MG or WU are pain in the ass, but your best options. If I can PayPal the hundo I'm in instantly. Will be a game day decision on MG based on if I'm in the area.

that is why I asked in tnis thread...Cause on the phone when I was getting my WU info. robert there said yea we are limiting this IPOD contest to 40 entries but your in we are in the mid 20's..Im thinking yea right we have about 6 or 7 at EOG at the moment MAX..its possible he had no clue what he was talking about however..if we see 20 entries with guys with 1 post that will certaintly be commented on.

anyway, Im in and funded..so Ill enter the picks...

i really like pheonix and this is basically the same thing..its all the same guys to talk to in CS, same lines, same software, racebook and casino.. a few different bonus and promo rules thats the only difference and some modified ownership of those funds at latina..

but no reduced juice and no free 1/2 points so cant use them much at all over betmania, skybook or betphoenix.. just supporting EOG on this one and posting up there as I know the funds are very safe in the phoenix group...

I am going to have to pass on this venture...got a call earlier telling me about the data base bullshit and they gave me an account number via the phone...telling me I was all set...So, I go back to make a Visa deposit, and they say they need more info...Street addy and city, birthdate, zipper and the such..I fill out the form correctly and hit submit info, the screen goes blank, so I fill it all out again, hit submit again, rinse and repeat.

So, good luck to all contestants and hope the winner is an EOG poster, with them advertising it on front page, maybe the book is only for EOG'ers...PPH shop...


Ones patience can only be stretched so far, so I will pass for now and wish all Good Luck...

John, I was on the Bet Phoenix screen last night trying to log in and it kept bouncing me to Bet Latina. Did anyone else report this problem?
