BOSTON --Vernon Wells hit a grand slam in a six-run second inning and <b>Ted Lilly dominated Boston again,</b> striking out 10 in seven innings on Thursday night to lead the Toronto Blue Jays to an 8-6 victory over the Red Sox.

  • <b>against the Red Sox last year, a season in which he went 10-11 with a 5.56 ERA, and the year before that he struck out 13 Boston batters in a 3-0 shutout. He has seven 10-strikeout games in his career, four of them against Boston.</b>
