Not at all.. It's his race to lose, remember bud it might be smart to bet to PLACE.. Did in 2004 with Smarty Jones, he was going to pay more to place then to win anyway.. Might be similar situation here.

You need to see if his bad foot is factored into the price.

If he's 1-2 or 3-5 and not 1-5, maybe he's value if you believe his foot isn't a problem.

He might pay 3/5 to place... He won't be any higher than 2/5 to win IMO

Find an exacta box you like with the other horses and then go

1 w/ exacta box and there you have your trifecta play... the only way to make some money on that race.
