I'm inclined to agree on Machado. Not that he isn't good, but the public may overestimate his effect on the line for the LAD. I doubt Familia will have any effect on the line. He clearly adds depth to an already strong bullpen for the A's.

agree to a degree & he got older. Other pitchers have not got better how come ? some got worse. Velander & Cole have moved up 3 strikeouts or more per 9. Morton has moved up 5 strikeout per 9 and got older. Morton was never this good. 34 years old
