for anyone who doesnt know betus's history of screwing winners, just google betus or go to sbr and check their history and read the endless stories from people being fucked out of their winnings. then ask yourself why eog allows them to sponsor here. trust me, i can take the abuse knowing that it comes from fat asses who sit in front of computers a:LMAO ll day while their kids watch tv.

If you don't like it, leave. We are all big boys.
Anyone who sends their money to a sports book without doing their homework deserves what they get. Betus, etc. and the sponsor money they provide pays the bills and allows a site like this to exist.
This forum is here because it is a business. I don't agree with everything that happens here either, but who they allow to sponsor their site is none of my business.
If they start making threads about how great certain books are and falsifying information about them, then that would be different.

The problem is that EOG/Shrink promised that the sponsors here would be nothing but the best. TRUE or not true? Thanks you. The other problem is that many come here and assume that since a banner is flying up top here they must be a legit shop. Again true. Not all but definitely some newbies. im just calling a spade a spade. Im not running anywhere and I dont care where they get their money. i just think its sad that this forum pretends to be looking out for the players. I think its sad that as much trouble as the gambling industry is in right now, EOG adds to its misery and misfortune by allowing scam books like BETUS to represent here. The playing field changed A WHOLE LOT when the UIGEA/Port Bill Act was passed
The offshore environment IS improving slowly, but it was a scary time for a lot of gambling portals not so long ago. I know firsthand, as I was running one of the smaller forums during that time.
Pinnacle, Neteller, VIP ect shut down, people like Carruthers and others were getting arrested. Not a fun time to have a good amount of money invested in one of these sites.

Let's say you surf the web for a couple hours and visit 20 or 30 websites.
Of these 20-30 websites, how many Banner Adds and Pop Ups do you encounter??
Let's say one or two from each site. And they're all for different things. Let's say you see a few from sportsbooks that you don't know much about, you see a few banners for a tout that says he wins 80 % of the time, and then you get popups with people wanting you to buy itch cream.

SBG pulled a blatant robbery in the past year, and they are still here.
Oddsmaker stole $40,000 from a player. They claim it was Sportsbetting.com's fault. Oh wait, they are here too. At least one of them should be gone.
Why not Cascade? Why not Lazerwager? Why not have them here if they are willing to pay?
I am pretty sure BetUS, SBG, BOS, and Royal were all welcomed here long before the UIGEA, not that it matters.

EOG staff and the Shrink gave TheRX crap for having shit sponsors like Lazerwager and Sportsbook. They should get the same treatment regarding shit sponsors like BetUS
Miz Manners is not out of line at all with this thread. I will give EOG kudos for not sending this threaad to the dump though.

Tougher to get more mainstream advertising revenue since the Govt. went so hard after the Sporting News (over $7 million) and others for accepting gambling advertising earlier in this decade.
Can't even run google, yahoo ads or other certain "sponsored ads" on gambling sites to drum up revenue.

Actually, from what I've read, EOG Staff, Shrink and EOG Posters have given LAZERWAGER (not the RX) crap for not paying these players and using this bogus "processor issues" to delay payments while spamming the hell outta people for March Madness deposits
It's not Rick or the RX's fault that Lazerwager is dodging them and breaking down the lines of communication

I know nothing about BETUS but Miz manners has every right to voice his opinion. Shit, this is a gambling portal and he obviously has a major problem with a book that he wants people to know about. JC even backs his claims. I wish more people would do this. SHRINK and EOG still haven't done anything about the USDBET situation that they sent EOGers to. Shrink won't even comment on a USDBET situation. Shrink and the mods here are good people but you have to realize this isn't a self help website. This is a business. The banners are up there to make money. You can't trust a book just because it advertises on a website. I sincerely doubt you will see Shrink or any mod fully back ALL of those banners. The player must determine the good books and only play there. I learned that the hard way with BOS and USDBET.

Are you trying to say EOG has some inherent right to exist? What if SBG, BetUS, and Oddsmaker didn't exist, would EOG be out of business?
There are over 70 books on SBR's A and B list. Until EOG has solicited every one of them and the C's, I don't think they should be reaching down to the D's.
If there are not enough quality books to support all of the forums, then maybe there are too many forums. Has anyone ever considered that?
The books I mentioned above have out and out stolen from people. How can they still be here? Do I need to start bumping old threads? By what standard can you keep promoting a book that you know has stiffed customers?

That was until someone wisely pointed out to me that i am under no obligation to visit here, play at at any sponser nor can i expect my opinion to be deleted. After that i gained some respect for EOG and understood my role here, its to contribute posts, read and enjoy, not to tell Ken how to run his Business.
why dont you guys pool your cash together and pay ken the same rate BetUS and the others you dont like not to advertise. After all your asking Ken to take money out of his pocket so why not at least match him $ for $. You guys are all winners for sure after all Ive yet to met a bettor who is a net looser so you must all be flush in cash after the football season.
