Late last night/this morning, BookMaker Sports & Poker was down AGAIN. You could not make any wagers. Tonight/this morning, you cannot transfer money to or from sports to poker AND if you try, you?ll loose the money you were trying to transfer. IT'S GONE!!!!! I'll probably never get it back either. The customer no-service person I was speaking to said they were changing servers and any money transfer might be lost. They will have to try to investigate where the fund were lost.
So as were speak, I cannot enter any tournies because my sports and poker money is lost in cyberspace with the chance of no return.
This is getting to be BS. I have had several issues just in the last week or so. Tuckman helped me on one and got it resolved very quickly. (Thank you Tuck!) The other issue took 50 phone calls and 18 emails over 8 day period to get resolved.
It seems that all the issues happen around 1am to 3 am Central Time. I asked the customer no-service representative about the server change. I asked, why were the players not notified ahead of time that the system was inoperable and money could be lost in cyberspace. He said he didn't know that they were going to change servers either until just a few minutes ago. This is strategic business planning in its prime!
I have been screwed, blued & tattooed lately by BookMaker. Hell, I'm still waiting on an ACH withdrawal request from last week. Usually the ACH withdrawals only take a day or two. I've never been slow paid before until now...and now along with missing poker & sports funds...I am at my last straw.
I have been a very loyal BookMaker player for several years and now they have turned to shit. If I ever get my "missing" poker and sports funds back, I am withdrawing it also going elsewhere because the customer no-service representative do not have a clue.
There is no sense having a live-chat, a phone support number, or email support address if nothing gets resolved?and usually never responded to. It is a shame that I should have to ask Tuckman to get things resolved. He had no problem helping me with one situation, but now there are 3 new issues that are unresolved...and it involves all my money going missing during their server changes...with little chance of recovery. If I do not get my poker & sports money back into my account AND get the withdrawal I requested last week, I will label them a stiff book and go "corryfied" on them.
This is just plain BAD BUSINESS! You do not treat a very loyal gambler & poker player like shit and not expect a fall-out. I average 20-30 wagers a day and play 2 ? 5 tournaments a day/night. I guess I?m just not a BIG enough player for them. :soapbox::+signs15-
