Trevor Siemian sat behind Kain Colter for three seasons while at Northwestern.
Siemian started only 14 games as a college quarterback, one more start than Mitch Trubisky at North Carolina.

Sieman's not good enough to play behind a bad offensive line. That's been the problem. Broncos had their starting guard (Barbe) trying to play left tackle and then had his backup (Garcia) come in a do a less than adequate job at guard the whole line was in shambles. Getting Watson back at LT and Barbe back to guard will help a lot.
Sieman should have a decent night and this game should be close.

Been playing from behind all game. KC been playing a "bend but don't break" defense with the lead. So that stat might be a little misleading.

Denver probably a week or 2 from giving Lynch a look for the rest of the season, when he's healthy. If he shows nothing, they will be in the Cousins, Alex Smith discussions after the season.

They need to go with OZ in the next two games and if he doesn't look good finish out the season with Lynch to see what you got.

I'm not surprised at all. I've said all year their QB with the highest ceiling is 4th on the depth chart.

And it only gets better. The schedule will be very tough, and they had the early bye (week 5), which is never good.
