I agree. Outside of ND years ago, really haven’t heard his name tied to college jobs. USC really wouldn’t be a step back as it’s in a major market with fantastic support.

Franklin is so conservative not sure how he would fair in pac12. He would keep recruits for sure. Seems good to me if he lets OC handle offense solely

i dont like franklin and dont think he would recruit well, penn st recruits itself, pa is a talent rich state. everybody recruits socal, and the usc brand isnt what it use to be, they dont have hot cheerleaders anymore thanks to the diversity police.
