He's being blackballed(more like shunned), because he's a troublemaker of mediocre skills. Companies dont want people with issues. There is no law that says co's have to hire someone.

This is more about the union looking for a way to get out of the current CBA and looking for bigger pay days like the NBA players are getting with guaranteed contracts, etc.

SF should have filed a grievance when he basically quit on his team in Chicago last year. That game was pretty damning for his career. Add the circus aspect and teams will shy away.

Nice theory, but actually the 49ers in their last 11 games of 2016 that Kaepernick started were outscored 22-61 in the 3rd Q and 59-106 in 4th Q and OT. So in the 3rd Qtr, they only averaged 2 pts/gm, and in the 4thQ, they only outscored their opponent in 4 of 11 games (two of which were the last two games, a 1 pt win over LAR and a 2 pt loss to SEA).
