DID THE GAMBLER OWED $7,632 BY ROYAL GET PAID???

I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not this gambler owed $7,632 from ROYAL SPORTS got paid yet?

He requested this payout on November 22 and as of the end of last week, he hadn't recieved anything except the usual excuses that ROYAL is known for...

THE SHRINK

I HOPE SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS TO ROYAL FOR CHRISTMAS, HANNUKAH, KWANZA OR WHATEVER THOSE ROYAL FUCKERS CELEBRATE!!:+signs9-1

My question is did sportsbook.com pay the big parlay winners yet.

I do not know buddy, but if you know of a problem with a pay issue involving any of our advertisers, please ask they email me at General@Eog.com.

We will not hesitate to remove a sponsor if we get involved in any arbitration and in our investigation, we determine a mis-justice or lack of cooperation from the sports book. A handful of posters keep mentioning this book, but yet not one player has been advised to contact EOG for assistance.

In our contract with Sportsbook.com, it is clearly stated that they will allow arbitration by us.

Some of you like to think we are keeping them here because of revenue which is kind of laughable if you knew the facts, but until I get in contact with players getting treated un-fairly, then I cannot do anything and I will act upon my own investigation, not on what I read from posters on the boards.

Personally, I like the book. If I am not mistaken, they have the biggest player base in the industry and if there was serious troubles, it would be all over the place.

The issue with Sportsbook.com mostly is all the red tape on payouts. They have gotten so big but do not appear to have staffed the accounting department sufficiently as they grew so Huge.

I am more than willing to investigate any claims if and when contacted by players with accounts there who have a problem.

General,

I could take your name and Sportsbook's name out of your last post and substitute Major and Royal...

Playing ostrich is not an appropriate response when complaints are well publicized.

TOW and SBR had received some complaints and as recollection serves me TOW had talked to a Sportsbook "very high up" guy and he was going to fix things.

Rather than tell everybody that nobody has contacted you, you may want to contact TOW and see if the complaints he received were resolved.

If so, than report that, say that you will take action if a legit complaint arises after today and be done with the issue.

You look far better taking the later stance versus the former.

Good Luck,
Joe

Joe,

I must say that after the rather "confrontational" phase and following the meeting I had with sportsbook.com top management down in Costa Rica they have shown a significant improvement in solving disputes in a timely fashion and to legitimate players satisfaction.

Additionally, and this is also a great improvement from the recent past, they have smoothened up their way to deal with the public and players requesting to talk to their managers are now granted access and no longer bump on rubber walls.

Lastly....Ken has been INSTRUMENTAL in helping me to get things sorted out.

What I'm saying is that EOG directly and effectively cooperated to address and solve a number of disputes.

As far as the slow pay of Royal goes...I met their owners and managers two weeks ago in Costa Rica. I assume the player requested a check or a bank wire. During our meeting they were adamant in stating that they are unable to process checks and wires within industry's standards.

I wasnt trying to start a problem. I think its great that parlay was hit. I have been telling everybody I know about it. And if it gets paid they will get moved in my top 3 sportsbooks. Never ever will I bash a book thats advertised on here. I know you guys will take care of it.

TOW,

Thanks for the update.

On a more serious note than I have ever been about Royal, how can you upgrade Royal if they are unable to process simple payouts like checks and bank wires? What problems are they encountering that EVERY other book seems to have figured out?

Granted that there are probably things that you have not shared publicly, but these simple payout things really makes no sense at all.

General,

I do not mean to stomp on a guy when he is whupped.... BUTT... just reread your response and read TOW's.

As a READER, which sounds better?

Royal has messaged me stating that the money is on the way.

Joe, I apologize for not posting the way or in such words which you do not approve.

BTW, I don't mind getting stomped on. I expect it almost everyday I get out of bed. Another day, Another dollar.

Joe,

Royal is a unique case in the industry. Their rating had been lowered based on the fact that two departing middle managers reported serious problems.

Eventually they were not correct. If you use Neteller or person to person you'll likely be paid within their standard timeframe (24/48 hours).

Checks and wires follow a different route and their payment shall be basically approved by the owners.

Why the upgrade ? First of all they are a 5 (highest rating within the HIGH RISK section). HIGH RISK leaves no room for interpretation IMHO: players may take a chance but will likely experience delays and other inconveniences (such as a cold call asking you to reload a week after you received your payout or within 24 hours from when your balance goes to 0).

Would I play at Royal ? No. Although I'm sure they'd pay me, and likely on time.

Personally I have accounts at Hollywood, Pinnacle, CRIS, Legendz, 5Dimes. I also have accounts at a couple of our Rookie books. I'm fine with all these books. After all I'm the average joe six pack, lose most of the times and like the joy of getting paid right away the few times I win.

Poll: can we get a show of hands of those here who have been paid or not paid by Royal within that timeframe when requesting via those methods? I'd be curious to know.

And also, what would be acceptable (%) of payments being paid within the timeframe? (In other words, if the terms and conditions state that withdrawals are within 48 hours, is it reasonable to state that if 95% are procesed on time? 90%? 75%?)

I know, I know, it should be 100%. But at what point should Royal (or any book for that matter) be changing their terms on the web site?

It seems to me that being more forthright and honest about the timeframe would be a better business decision.

For the record, I withdrew from Royal one time in the past, requested via NETeller, and was paid seven (7) days after the request.

By the way, I had been forewarned, and pretty much expected it, but it was still disappointing. It was not much money - compared to you guys, anyway, I'm sure - and was pretty much exactly what I had originally deposited (I won just a little bit).

Will we ever make it a week without a Royal slow pay complaint, Royal should join Tookie Williams tonight at the Lethal injection table and be done away with.

General,

Guess you missed my point or do not give a shit...

Give it one more try on the former - it is all about perceptions and expectations...

No need to respond, I have no desire to get into a pissing contest.

Tow,

Not to sidetrack an issue already on its 15th left turn, but you have 5 grades of High Risk???? I though SBR was a bit nutty with their F+ and F-, but do you not that that is a little much.

One last thing:

"After all I'm the average joe six pack, lose most of the times..."

Them's FIGHTING words!!! :+signs8-1

A very ABOVE average,

Joe

i think if you took a look at our current ratings, you may get a feel for why 1-5 are all high risk category.

Joe, we should never need have a pissing contest.

Perception is a unique theory for me.

Some people drive new vehicles fighting debt all because of perception and complain about the debts.

I appreciate your opinions.

Royal is broke. They are dependent on the generosity of its owner, Tej the Midget, to fund their bank account when they need to make payouts. It doesn't that help that the same owner, Tej the B*tch, seems to make daily sweeps of the same company bank accounts to clean them out of any deposits they manage get.

Any book that can not pay out all of its customers on demand is broke. Royal has taken it to a new level. They don't even have $100K in their bank account outside of Netteller. And how little is in Netteller is anyone's guess, my guess is about $30K.

I don't know why some of you make this so complicated.

I guess if the man is paid his $7600+, once again Royal will have paid out another "phony" claim. Good for them.

The player stated at the prescription, with the help of poster named wilheim, that he has been paid the winnings in full.

That's good to know, but a shame it takes intervention to get the job done...
