Didn't break real well, then got trapped behind horses. Not sure he could've won regardless, but it definitely didn't help. Went off @ 5/2, btw.

Tekton closed as the 5-2 favorite and encountered traffic problems in the stretch drive to finish eighth in a field of 11.
