Finally, a smoking gun?

Re: Finally, a smoking gun?

Another lie from the administration?

Who saw that one coming? :LMAO

As for Holder investigating himself, how appropriate.

No, folks. The Obama syndicate was never incompetent. It was and is, however, the most corrupt, criminal and openly tyrannical US government, which is now openly attacking the USA and its people, that has existed in US history. It has also, until recently, been able to keep all aspects of its tyranny under wraps…with the assistance and collaboration of the equally corrupt US media. Even today, many media outlets are still working for Obama, in order to minimize his visible complicity in the assassinations of US citizens in Benghazi, his illegal spying on and record-seizing of news agencies and their reporters (to date the AP and Fox News), his illegal and Gestapo-like usage of one of the most powerful and suppressive agencies ever to exist…the IRS…to threaten and intimidate US citizens (aka conservatives) who do not agree with his Hitlerian and Stalinistic programs and policies with their own and their families’ personal destruction; along with Obama’s continuing active destruction of virtually every aspect of what was once the United States of America.

The ObamaGov is unabashedly a criminal syndicate that has been getting away with its criminalities via stonewalling Congress (which recently finally decided to actually fight back) during committee investigation questioning, providing the answer “I don’t know” to virtually everything asked of them (on Benghazi Hillary consistently said “I don’t know” and “what difference does it make” and regarding his DOJ Holder says he “knows nothing” about what‘s going on in his department if he is implicated in its ongoing criminalities). And now, a top IRS official (who has been rewarded by Obama for her criminal behaviors with her new position of “Head Enforcer of ObamaCare“) Lois Lerner has invoked the Fifth Amendment against self-incrimination during today’s House Oversight Committee. Sitting there with her stone-faced “you can’t touch me” demeanor, Lerner repeatedly told Chairman Darrell Issa ‘I refuse to answer any questions on the subject posed by the committee today’. BTW, if you didn’t already know it, this scandal (and others around the country) was perpetrated by Lerner’s IRS lackeys who affected the let’s-go-after-all-Conservatives-and-Constitutionalist-and-get-’em-good programs.

Guys and gals, this is what I and other have been writing about for years. I have repeatedly written that we are living under tyranny since 2009 when Obama began seizing power from both Congress and SCOTUS…with few to no “peeps” from either of those bodies. Almost every day now, some new Obama scandal seems to be developing. We certainly must wonder how long the dyed in the wool pro-Obama leftists and their media will continue to fall on swords and/or continue to support and protect this far-worse-than-Nixon illegal POTUS. Are the media also supporting the criminalization and end of the USA? Sure seems so…doesn’t it?

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places”

Re: Finally, a smoking gun?

What took so long?

From
The Hill:

<DIR>The House Judiciary Committee is investigating whether Attorney General Eric Holder lied under oath during his May 15 testimony on the Justice Department’s (DOJ) surveillance of reporters, an aide close to the matter told The Hill.

The panel is looking at a statement Holder made during a back and forth with Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) about whether the DOJ could prosecute reporters under the Espionage Act of 1917.

“In regard to potential prosecution of the press for the disclosure of material - this is not something I’ve ever been involved in, heard of, or would think would be wise policy,” Holder said during the hearing.

However, NBC News reported last week that Holder personally approved a search warrant that labeled Fox News chief Washington correspondent James Rosen a co-conspirator in a national security leaks case.

The panel is investigating whether NBC’s report contradicts Holder’s claim that he had not looked into or been involved with a possible prosecution of the press in a leaks case.

Did Holder lie? Duh… Ya think? :shoot:

Re: Finally, a smoking gun?

This is much ado about nothing/

"It’s beginning to look like the Obama administration is not at all interested in targeting domestic surveillance in any way that might attempt to mitigate its violations of privacy or increase its odds of actually finding people doing something illegal. Attorney General Eric Holder’s Department of Justice cast a wide net in his search of AP phone logs, was the picture of intrusiveness in the James Rosen case, and now NSA is targeting millions of Americans for daily data collection?"

I disagree. Marcinsac and I have become friends through this chat room and he is the most intellegent poster we have. Just because we believe that Obama has our best interest in mind doesn't make us morons. If he needs to listen to our phone conversations he should. These right wing reporters are out of control as well. Why should Obama have to sit back and have them investigate every move he makes. How can he change things with all this oposition? In Bengazi only 4 Americans died. They knew they were in a bad area of the world. They should have been more careful. And to think the IRS shouldn't target extremist teabaggers is absurd! They are our biggest threat to freedom in this country. If we don't collect taxes what will happen to our fireman and policemen? What about our kids? If they have no teachers what will happen to them? How will they eat without school lunches?

I hope you don't scare Marcinsac away again. He is very sensitive and any name calling or disagrement with him could make him go to another site again. I don't want that to happen!

Re: Finally, a smoking gun?

Holder won?t even answer with a simple yes or no!The Washington Examiner June 6, 2013. Attorney General Eric Holder refused to answer when asked if the Justice Department is spying on members of Congress, citing the need for a classified conversation, which lawmakers accepted while asking him to make sure that evidence of such surveillance is not destroyed.?With all due respect, Senator, I don?t think this is an appropriate setting for me to discuss [this issue],? Holder replied during a Senate Appropriations Subcommittee hearing when Sen. Mark Kirk, R-Ill., asked if the executive branch was conducting surveillance that would give ?unique leverage? over lawmakers.Kirk replied that ?the correct answer would be, ?No.WTF? Of course the correct answer would be no, unless?
