Deputies: Man urinated on floor of casino

Gil Lee Yzaguirre, 29, of LaBelle, was arrested Saturday morning, after Collier County sheriff?s deputies said he urinated on the floor of in the Seminole Indian Casino?s Zigzag Bar in Immokalee, reports the Naples Daily News.
A Collier deputy at the Seminole Indian Casino in Immokalee heard someone say ?Police, police,? and saw one of the casino employees pointing toward the Zigzag Bar. The woman told the deputy she had just seen a man wearing a hat pee in a cup, reports the Naples Daily News.
Another deputy who also witnessed the event said the man had actually relieved himself ? on the floor, according to the Naples Daily News.
Both deputies caught up with Yzaguirre, as he was trying to leave the casino. Deputies noted he was having trouble walking in a straight line.
Yzaguirre was charged with indecent exposure in public, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest without violence.
