True. There is also something to be said about getting extended playing time im preseason. Two of the preseason passing leaders were Minshew and the Giants rookie who is starting Sunday. Hoping he turns out better than preseason allstar Nathan Peterson.

Even with development his ceiling is a McCown or Foles. Nothing wrong with being slightly better than journeyman QB, very lucrative career for a late round pick. His physical skills aren't going to make him anything special, he's a good system QB who knows where his check downs are and takes what opponent gives him just as Leach taught
