Have had a nice little run the past few days and felt much more confident as well. Once again back up above the important 9000 psychological barrier. Hoping to keep the run going and getting back in the groove with a few key sports. Ended the month on a positive note with a winning day. Best month by far of the year and hope to keep it going moving forward. It seems like I have ironed out some of my weaknesses but one never knows. Will do a little bit of number crunching for the month and first quarter of the year as well to stay on top of the areas of strength and areas of concern. With the strong push towards the end of the month at a much better place mentally as far as bets go.

Took the under in the Man U. game just small. Nothing really stood out and usually like to watch the first leg to get a better idea of what is going on. Doubt I'm up lifetime or year on CL as it is just pretty tough IMO.

A bit of a frustrating day. I have essentially a two-goal lead in two games and am up a man in both (due to a red card sending off) and watch both two goal leads evaporate. Can't tell you how many times that will happen but assuredly the percentages would be well within my favor. And just like that a nice winning day turns into yet another small bleeding loss. Ah, sometimes you can get everything right and the twist of luck turns against you.
Nothing to do but to get back in there and keep firing away.

A word about baseball.

Someone had asked if I was going to making any baseball bets in this thread. The answer is yes. I do bet baseball but typically I wait two times through the pitching rotation before I dive in. I like to get a feel for the teams and their strengths and weaknesses as well as get some data on many pitchers that haven't been in the big leagues before. Special circumstances may dictate a play before then but I've done this almost every year and feel that the waiting out part is a big part of keeping disciplined. I may end up passing an opportunity along the way but think it is the right way to go. After a couple trips through the rotation expect to see bases plays on a daily bases.
