Know I'm gettin older but didn't someone post here they laid -750 or something that no #1 seed will lose first round? Cannot find it

Where is that post?

And which shop(s) offered that?

As a reference, Circa had a prop: Would a #16 seed win a game: YES +745, NO -1100. If you parlayed all #1s on the ML, the payout was around -1100.

true.. but give it some time. When they see the money lost they will make a change. Takes a while to soak in maybe 15 - 20 years. Let NYC go full blast with casino's in 5 years is a start.
