Please guys only respond if you are interested..I have been in discussions with Hollywood about a weekly Freeroll for EOG..However its not gonna be free, but there will be no entry fee into the tourneys per say..

This is my idea, require a deposit into Hollywood to be eligible for the freeroll..The deposit will be yours to play with however you want, could be for poker or sports.. The amount of deposit you make will make you eligible for a length of time into freeroll..

We are looking for interest in this before its a go..Once we see how many will actually partcipate in this, we will figure out how much the weekly freeroll will be for..

Hypothetically speaking, say the weekly freeroll was $250 - $500 in Freeplay..

$100 deposit gets you into a month worths of freeroll
$200 deposit gets you into 2 months worth of freerolls
$300 deposit gets you into 4 months worth of freerolls
$400+ deposit gets you into 6+ months worth of freerolls


The above amounts are just numbers being thrown out there to show you how it would go..I relize people are not gonna deposit for a $100 a week freeroll, and Hollywood understands that as well..However there is no point in doing this if there will only be 5 deposits as well..

Also guys remember, Hollywood is no longer accepting new US clients, doesnt mean in a month down the road that could change..YOU HOWEVER NEED TO BE A CURRENT MEMBER OF HOLLYWOOD TO PARTCIPATE - This part is important..

Dont say your gonna play then not be an existing member right now

sadly im not a member bud.. and honestly based on hollywoods "old" past, im not sure i would trust them yet to deposit anyway even though i have heard they are much improved... gl with the tournaments though tuckman.. ur a good guy.. wish the bookmaker thing coulda kept going.. it was fun

I might be interested but will we have enough players with Hollywood accounts to even pull this off. Also I have never mad a deposit there and not sure what methods they offer.

Well...I just took a look at the cashier at HW poker room and they only offer ONE method of deposit. If my Visa card gets declined I will not be able to play. I also see no "transfer" option from poker to sportsbook and vice-versa??

Yeah, I haven't played on Hollywood poker (or their sportsbook for that matter), but it seems like there poker room and options are far superior to bookmaker. Do any of the regulars in the EOG freeroll play at Hollywood, and if so, how is their service, do they pay in a reasonable time, bonuses offered, etc.

I might be willing to give them a shot for poker since fulltilt is gone from the US.

they are rated D+ at SBR we need to find another book, and I would not reccommend anyone to deposit there

Ya, I saw that rating, but it was also about a year ago. I don't know if they have improved any over the past year or not

Hollywood rating clearly is from their past, present times they have been extremely better and no complaints that I have seen. Also I and blondie have good contacts there incase there was ever an issue.

I am sorry, I always speak highly of EOG and all that work for this site, but I have to speak my mind here: Hollywood is not a solid book IMO, they lie, give you the run around about anything you ask, etc. and I do not like EOG even asking about interest in this site. I would advise to please find a more respectable book.

Another site that has gained US popularity since black friday is the cake poker network (cake poker, intertops, playersonly, etc.), so I guess that could be another possibility if bookmaker does not work out

this reaaly kinda handcuffs all us eog players who didnt have amultiple accounts...and thats bad to say since i had four...you can deposit if you have an account but can opena new one....i understand it from thier standpoint..but it really sucks
