Not sure if this is what you are getting at dude but If someone bets one moneyline more than the other, then the line will invariably move.

exactly, but I find it interesting that sharp books would move on action. The NCAA tourney is similar to the Super Bowl where the public moves the line. It doesn't happen as much in the regular season.

Normally the points and ML are at a consistent percentage.

I think the public moves the line on gameday like today and yesterday. But not before. I agree the books are moving lines quick. I see this first hand.

Moneyline conversions is just a starting point, if a guy bets the ML but not the spread one will move the ML, thats all.
