edit: I see -500 is the cutoff. Wow, your final 5 or 10 plays with the lead should be easy to make. All should be in the -500 range. Terrible deal made by Ruca here and sharp one by Javy.

Serious question, why would a -500 with a lead late help me? Let's say I'm up 5 units with 10 to go... betting -500 would be the dumbest thing I could do since just betting +100's I'd have to go 2-8 or worse to fail.

The only time where a -500 would be advantageous for me is if I was down like 1.99 units with 2 plays left... then obviously the statistical best play is 2 -500's.
