So Jimmy the Legend goes with Rush Street Gaming....not surprised. Jimmy always had a cloud of mystery hanging over him since his abrupt departure from the Mirage. Left to be seen how this works out.... I'm sure Jimmy assured them a few whales from the East Coast willing to lay -120.

Jimmy come from behind the counter to talk to me last month when I was in Vegas because I know his brother sonny and we had the same friends. I thought he was ready to retire but was wrong. He is getting closer to home but still 300 miles away from Trafford, PA. He said next time I come to Vegas to get a hold of him and he would comp me a room. Good guy and I will wish him luck on twitter

He never was in charge of Nevada bookmaking operations after leaving Steve Wynn's compamy, merely playing a public relations role for any company he promoted.

I don't want to pile on Jimmy.....he is a nice guy but someone of his stature should not be walking around South Point picking up trash. Sure he joked about it on twitter about having a clean place but trust me the million times I bet at The Mirage since it opened in '89 until the end of Jimmy's tenure I never saw him on the other side of the counter pick up one parlay card.
Remember John Ascuaga in Sparks.
The former casino owner would clean out ashtrays and he was beloved by the betting public because of it.
