LAS VEGAS -- A 61-year-old man made his first court appearance Wednesday on a number of charges stemming from a bomb hoax at the Arizona Charlie's Hotel and Casino on the Boulder Strip.
Richard Wayne Sellars is charged with felony terroristic threat, extortion and burglary for the Saturday incident.
According to police, Sellars showed up at the property and indicated that he had a bomb strapped to his body. Investigators later determined the device was a hoax.
