I just remodified my mortgage to a 10yr 2.99 fixed
I owe less than 70k and pay $810 a month with taxes included. I have friends who pay this or more in rent. It will be nice to have this fucker paid off even if I make minimum payments I will be done at 45. Why rent now? Cd's years back paid more in interest. 200 square ft 4 bedroom 2 car garage 40 x 125 lot. Fk Kingers little patio! Move to PA Wade!
