There are quite a few names that I could have included in this top 10 list, but I wanted to stick with only the TOP 10 sports gamblers/syndicates who I believe are the most revered...

I knew Baxter was respected, but I'm glad to see him as high as No. 2.

He has always been a real gentleman whenever I've run into him.

There is no one I follow who is better, period...

Although given the nickname of "The Chinaman," he represent a very succesful sports betting syndicate out of China...:cheers

Is this a good thing? As a sports bettor, why would you want to be famous for sports betting? Isnt' the whole idea just to get the money anonymously?

BW and virtually all of the names I listed are able to get down anonymously...

I sincerely doubt that these guys could care what I think :+clueless

But he's not anonymous, we know about his exploits, we know his name, what he looks like, we're talking about him constantly on message boards, etc.

The good doctor is very streaky IMO but he deserves to be on the list.

I would not have thought to include Dr. Bob. But with the lines moving so much based on his opinions, why not also include Edward at RAS?

I will unequivocally say that Fezzik is not revered in the offshore world. Higher
ups snicker if you ask them if they respect his action...Vegas might be a different
story. The first four without a doubt....I don't know who #5 is.

I like Fezzik and I've learned a lot from him however a Hilton/contest winner does not
a revered gambler make....

Have had a chance to meet him twice.
Very nice gentleman who doesn't display
an attitude. Guess that comes from his southern roots.

8-Australian Syndicate thats making quite a name for themselves

9-Well known Scalper who bets heavy and mainly offshore

10-Chinese Syndicate that bets exclusively offshore...

I don't believe any of them bet in Vegas except perhaps Spanky, who will bet wherever there is an "out" lol...

Spanky is one of the nicest and most honest guys in this industry, but being strictly a scalper I am not sure he is even considered a Top 10 sports bettor. But believe me if you book him he will straighten out your line real fast. He also took a lot of big hits being to nice, especially from con man Lenny.


Kosher still around during bases, still winning, but not as big a deal as he used to be.

I would maybe have Ivey close to top 10 on that list as he has done real well last few years as a bettor.


There all also plenty of under the radar guys that as far as "sharpness" you can put right up there in the top 5.
