Chicago showed last week that they have a QB they can depend on. Baltimore has Flacco who has one of the worst QBR ratings in the NFL. Baltimore also has an alarming yards per play stat that shows they are ranked in the bottom 5 teams in the league with that stat. Has Baltimore shown anyone over the last few years they deserve to be favored by 6 points?
