Medicaid/ Medi-Cal is now given to anyone who can call the county office or walk into one. The federal government pays doctor's penny's on the dollar for care. The federal government pays the states who pay the county and in the next year or so the Fed's will stop paying. The states and insurers will look for a bailout. Doctor's don't make what they are worth. Students don't go into medicine. It's called a brain drain. Sorry I couldn't fit that on a bumper sticker so you can understand.
