A kid in the PT program played basketball at Northwestern, that team won last year, beat us in the championship game 62-55.

This is part of the "poor impulse control" I have tried to explain to you guys. A two point game with 6 seconds left and he pulls a mini Artest. Artest is the prototypical guy that can only see a few moments into the future. Of course just claim racism and you can't be punished. That is a sure fire warning sign for this coming NBA draft for those who want to select him in the top 5. NBA fans will say worse to him.

I was checking 2014 NBA mock drafts yesterday and saw Smart was no longer a consensus top 5 pick -- before this incident. The top 5 is now believed to be Parker, Embiid, Wiggins, Randle, and Exum. Smart obviously didn't help himself after this and I'd be surprised if he goes top 5.

Yeah because you would know. I have played those types in basketball tournaments. No, I am not a better player than Smart but they are very easily distracted. I can't help but share this story. This has to be the worst basketball tournament a team could play in. OK, so this was a 1st round game and this all black team we were playing were late to the game and had to forfeit. Naturally they start talking shit and doing the normal behavior. So we played them anyway, this was the "streetball" type of tourney where youm play to 10 or 15. We shut them out, they then proceeded to get in a throwdown fight with a bunch of spectators and got kicked out of the tournament. It was double elimination. I laugh everytime I think of that story. But anyway, go ahead and say anyone would throw me around and all of that. Some of you don't even judge what you read, you remember you didn't like someone from a month or ago or someone said something negative about Winston. Yes, I am typing a lot so I appear "smart". My God.

I don't go to sporting events much and the few times a year I do it's a Angels baseball game so for you guys that go to a lot of games have EVER heard someone yell N....r loud enuff for players or fans to hear? And lets keep it from the past 30yrs..

The reason I ask is because I use the word all the time but I'm not going to yell it at a ball game and have never heard it yelled at a game and doubt any of you have BUT every time something like this happens everyone's first response is that the fan said the N-word

I saw two white guys get in a fight on a basketball court one time at the local gym. It was pickup ball after work...I think one sold insurance and the other was in med school. They were both little guys with napoleon complexes and thought they were each team's point guard. They started fouling each other harder and harder til finally the ball got tossed in somebody's stomach and the other one shoved him for it, and then they were tussling and next thing you know they've got each other in wrestling headlocks and look like they're about to make out. The rest of us just laughed and didn't bother stopping them.

This reminds me Cesar Cedeno back in the early 80's. He was being called killer by a bunch of fans in Atlanta and he went up into the stands and threw a few punches.

Killer is apparently like calling someone a THUG. However in this case, Cedeno did actually kill someone. He was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the 1970's case

ESPN is reporting that was what was said, and former college players who played there have said he is one of the worst fans in college basketball.

My guess when it's all said and done you won't see fat ass in that court side seat in future games, or if you do he will keep his mouth shut.
