It is 100% real. My older niece was seeing a guy who served in Afghanistan. You could very clearly see it in the way he walked and acted he had PTSD. Please stick your moronic thoughts about our Mentally Unstable Orange Skin Psychotic Failed Businessman who is RUINING this Country and make an ass of yourself there. Not on this

True-the government has replaced mental health facilities with prisons. USA has the highest incarceration rate of any country in the world. Unfortunately locking up citizens has become a for-profit industry.
