I've been guilty of stirring the pot with a few shots at William Lee.
I'm a big supporter of Ray Luca's style and I've enjoyed reading his back-and-forth jabs with Lee.
But in the end, we're better off as a community if we maintain a civil discourse.
Let the goofballs and knuckleheads post elsewhere.

I'm glad you charged -$6 for me even though I lost $4 cause this never was discussed as a rule. This is correct in this type of contest imo. If your horse is a gate scratch you lose. A late scratch you can come and post a diff selection.

2) Read carefully....I said lower than they should nothing about ML....I made ur horse 8-1 and if he goes off 9-1 he is good bet. If he wins at 7-1, you have a winner but did not make a good bet

ok you found my weakness w Polytrack. Its now 4:40am EST and i'm going to watch a workout. I'll be back later as I need to see the scratches. This is a good pick as this colt is what I call the "figure" horse....not sure if he will be a good bet though. Right now I make him 6-1 pre scratches but I doubt he will be that high, with the drop. BTW 8-1 on my figure horses is flat bet profitability so if he is 8-1 (unlikely here) I bet as much as possible in order to keep him 8-1. Be back around 1pm EST with the bet

No value unless the #10 got into it....Sort of played defense there and the figure horse went off 2-1 which was silly. Hopefully Mr. Lee will come away understanding that price is everything and you have to learn to bet against your top number.
