The High Times Challenge (Hit 60% for $500)

Re: The High Times Challenge (Hit 60% for $500)

HT favorites out of the 30 plays:

OV/UN 26
I could choose 30 favorites and end up hitting 60%

Don't know what your point is, but I'm sure it is a good one.

A winner is a winner son.

Most dogs are played right before the games start so to pick dogs would mean that I would have to pick the games right before they start.

I can do that too

If anyone needed evidence that you're stuck in the dark ages, look no farther.

"bet favorites early and dogs late" right? :shoot:

Are the Ravens -3 yet?

:+clueless

Lay -2 in an NFL game that goes to -3 is a really bad thing. Right?

Isn't that your thing?

BAL-2 is one of my top picks...

...maybe Timley Zero is smarter than he sounds?

....nah, has to be luck.

I bet Baltimore myself and used them in the Peep's contest. I think it's the right side. Good luck.

Re: The High Times Challenge (Hit 60% for $500)

2nd pick for the 2nd

Citrus Bowl

South Carolina -2 1/2 over Nebraska

I know Pinnacle is using -2 1/2 (-113) but the rest of the world is at -2 1/2 (-110)

Pick voided. I don't care if aliens in other Galaxies are also at -110.

Rules state: Graded against Pinnacle numbers at the time of post
Sides and Totals -110 or LOWER

So, you can either pick something else, or wait to see if they come down, and post it then.

I'm trying to hit 60% and you want to pull this Pinnacle bullshit.

It's my fault though as I should have read the rules although I didn't think someones plays would be eliminated because 1 sports book (pinnacle) had a line that was a LITTLE higher than everyone else.

I should have asked for that rule to be waived as it doesn't make any sense to begin with. Trying to hit 60% and having restrictions added is pretty fucked up.

Again I didn't think you would void the play because common sense should tell you the South Carolina play at -2 1/2 should have been no problem.

I want that rule voided in this contest!

If not I will go with Georgia -3 (-110) for the 2nd pick

Watching the drama and debate in these contests is better than watching a Mexican novella except there's no tits. :lol

Your Georgia pick was placed and accepted. Let's not start getting ridiculous. We've had four guys do the Grand Challenge, and there hasn't been a problem yet.

I'm thinking if your pick loses, you'll start using this as an excuse. (Well he didn't let me go with a -113 play, even though everyone in the Milky Way Galaxy had it at -110. Not my fault I went 48%)

Follow the rules. Not rocket science.

Thank you.

Re: The High Times Challenge (Hit 60% for $500)

There's always a problem with ME

:shoot:

But come on now. You want 30 plays.

Why the fuck are we limiting theses plays to 1 sports books lines?

Seriously.

I want this rule cancelled for the rest of MY contest.

And I don't think that is a tough request.

It was -2 1/2 (-110) EVERY WHERE

There's really no sense in limiting the picks to 1 sports books lines.

Come on man

Re: The High Times Challenge (Hit 60% for $500)

I will do whatever you want!

If I got Georgia then I got Georgia.

But get rid of the rule for the rest of MY contest.

After all I am not trying to win any money.

I'm trying to win money for a charity

Have a heart

Look at this guy... "I want this rule cancelled for the rest of MY contest"

From the very beginning, I said we're following the same rules as the Grand Challenge. Why is that so hard to follow?

You're doing a song-and-dance number. Complaining about the rules... in case you lose... you'll blame the rules and not your picks.

Quit crying, and win.

My complaints are valid

It's your contest and they are your rules.

Final

No problem.

And I don't cry.

You wanted 30 plays I will give you 30 plays.

Now I will take your money :btj:

Don't change a thing for me .....

I need South Carolina and will be pissed if they lose and Georgia wins.

But for other reasons.
