Haha just read the whole thread. HT is now on pace for 31 favorites in 30 plays. This from the guy who once posted he only plays dogs and unders.

For the record, I think he should get So Car -3.

Rooting for ya here, but don't like the Georgia play. Think Mich St wins straight up in that one. GL

I think Georgia will score in the 30's.

Don't see Michigan State getting there against this Georgia defense.

Like it over for a small play even though the total got bet under.

Good luck

I actually made two small bets. SC and against Georgia. You just knew it

Whoops, just read the thread, his play didn't count? Is this a joke, SC won by almost 3 TD's?? Going to be hard for anyone to hit 60% if the rules keep changing? Geez.

Penalty - McIrish 2 minutes in the box for instigating!! :btj: :btj:

The rules never changed, McI.

HT tried to pull a POS69 contest move.

I didn't pull nothing retard.

What I don't get is the South Carolina game did go back to -2 1/2 (-110) at Pinnacle the next morning, but what the fuck am I supposed to do? Sit by the computer all night and wait for Pinnacle to change their line? I gave out the play and .... bla bla bla.

That is what is stupid. The game was -2 1/2 every where and Pinnacle even went there and yet I couldn't use the play.

And I am not trying to win anything. I have no reason to cheat or try to get an advantage, but when a line is -2 1/2 it is -2 1/2.

I really didn't think putting the South Carolina play was a problem seeing how it went there AT pinnacle any ways.

But it's cool because everyone knew who I bet.

That's what important.

And I will still get the 60%

You can try to make your point till the cows come home.

Bottom line: Graded against Pinnacle numbers at the time of post

To be honest I didn't read the rules

I am not trying to win any money and all I thought I was doing was giving you 30 plays. Didn't know I had any rules.

I'm not worried

You guys are 100% right. It won't happen again!

But

You didn't really expect me to sit around all night and wait for Pinnacle to move back to -2 1/2 (-110) did you? For what? What do I get out of it?

I was on South Carolina and the TimberWolves (2 that I posted in this thread) and had some others. Had a great day.

That's all that matters.

Giving out winners.

Let's hope it continues.

You get $500 to the charity that you selected, what do you mean what do you get out of it? :shoot:

No, dumbass, we expect you to check the line before posting the play.

Not too hard.

HT has trouble with common sense.

LOL @ What do I get out of it

His whole charity angle seems contrived. Maybe he thought guys would take it easier on him if he bombed another contest?

Put on your big-boy underoos, and get to winnin'!

This is a fib .....why say this then

2nd pick for the 2nd

Citrus Bowl

South Carolina -2 1/2 over Nebraska

I know Pinnacle is using -2 1/2 (-113) but the rest of the world is at -2 1/2 (-110)

What you contemplate you imitate
Re: The High Times Challenge (Hit 60% for $500)

Too technical IMO, HT not getting his South Carolina pick,or at least be allowed to change it again when Pinny moved the line back in his favor, books like EOG sponsor Bet Phoenix, and 5 Dimes were offering SC -2.5 -110,that was a legit price.
HT accepts the challenge and you wanna play hardball with him over a few cents in a line, guess it has to do with the sidebets out there.
These kind of contests aren't easy to run with the different personalities.temperments, and conflicts of interest involved. With all the quibbling about minor stuff which goes on,getting agreement on things is as difficult as herding cats.

3 People have followed the rules just fine and didnt complain (outside of winky) and 2 actually won the challenge. Maybe next contest we should use BetRevolution, we can igmore the fact they take an extra 30 minutes to move a line after the steam comes in..

Of course HT read the rules.

Like I said before, HT is just doing a song-and-dance number out of this whole thing, so he'll have an excuse, in case he bombs.

I'm all for the guy trying to win it for the charity but I'll out you when I see a lie.

And stop with the other plays such as Twolves, if they were so good why not post that pick after SC was voided...?

That's because I wasn't trying to win $1,000 and didn't really think they would care. Like I said am I supposed to wait all night to post the play?

Really didn't know if I could use the play or not and that is why I posed the play.

Right now I was thinking about using a game tomorrow but Pinnacle is using a line where my side is (-111) ....

You guys have your fun.

It's no big deal.

I was wrong for thinking this contest was different than the others.

My bad
