Obama has violated his oath of office over immigration

Eleven years ago, like every citizen elected to serve in Congress or any person appointed to any federal position, I swore an oath to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic."

I've always thought it significant that the Founders included domestic enemies in that oath of office. They thought liberty was as much at risk from threats within our borders as from outside, and French political thinker and historian Alexis de Tocqueville agreed with that warning.

In the immediate aftermath of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, the greatest threat to our nation was clear - and foreign. While Islamic terrorism still represents the greatest external threat to America and American lives, the avowed program of the Obama regime has changed the picture in a fundamental way.

For the first time in American history, we have a man in the White House who consciously and brazenly disregards his oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution. That's why I say the greatest threat to our Constitution, our safety and our liberties, is internal. Our president is an enemy of our Constitution, and, as such, he is a danger to our safety, our security and our personal freedoms.

Barack Obama is one of the most powerful presidents this nation has seen in generations. He is powerful because he is supported by large majorities in Congress, but, more importantly, because he does not feel constrained by the rule of law. Whether he is putting up the weakest possible defense of the Defense of Marriage Act despite the Justice Department's legal obligation to support existing law; disenfranchising Chrysler and GM bondholders in order to transfer billions of investor dollars to his supporters in the United Auto Workers; or implementing yet a third offshore oil-drilling moratorium even after two federal courts have thrown out two previous moratoriums, President Obama is determined to see things done his way regardless of obstacles. To Mr. Obama, the rule of law is a mere inconvenience to be ignored, overcome or "transcended" through international agreements or "norms."

Mr. Obama's paramount goal, as he so memorably put it during his campaign in 2008, is to "fundamentally transform America." He has not proposed improving America - he is intent on changing its most essential character. The words he has chosen to describe his goals are neither the words nor the motivation of just any liberal Democratic politician. This is the utopian, or rather dystopian, reverie of a dedicated Marxist - a dedicated Marxist who lives in the White House.

Because of the power he wields over budgets, the judiciary, national defense and even health care, his regime and his program are not just about changing public policy in the conventional sense. When one considers the combination of his stop-at-nothing attitude, his contempt for limited government, his appointment of judges who want to create law rather than interpret it - all of these make this president today's single greatest threat to the great experiment in freedom that is our republic.

Yes, Mr. Obama is a more serious threat to America than al Qaeda. We know that Osama bin Laden and followers want to kill us, but at least they are an outside force against whom we can offer our best defense. But when a dedicated enemy of the Constitution is working from the inside, we face a far more dangerous threat. Mr. Obama can accomplish with the stroke of his pen what bin Laden cannot accomplish with bombs and insurgents.

Mr. Obama's actions, not just his words, show the threat he poses. A level of government deficit spending unheard of since World War II and trillion-dollar deficits as far as the eye can see represent an unacceptable threat to our economic security and our children's future. Mr. Obama could be the first president to guarantee that the next generation of Americans has a lower standard of living than their parents.

Mr. Obama's most egregious and brazen betrayal of our Constitution was his statement to Sen. Jon Kyl, Arizona Republican, that the administration will not enforce security on our southern border because that would remove Republicans' desire to negotiate a "comprehensive" immigration bill. That is, to put it plainly, a decision that by any reasonable standard constitutes an impeachable offense against the Constitution. For partisan political advantage, he is willfully disregarding his obligation under Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution to protect states from foreign invasion.

There is no higher duty of the federal government and our elected representatives than to protect our nation from invasion. Multiple reports and testimony before Congress by U.S. law enforcement and intelligence officials have stated that a porous border with Mexico is "a path" terrorists will use if they can. Some would-be terrorists, including at least one associated with Hezbollah, already have. Recent reports of contacts between Hezbollah and Mexican drug cartels make it all but certain that terrorists intent on destroying us will come across our southwestern border. Therefore, it is of utmost importance for the administration to do everything in its power to keep Americans safe. Our safety is not a bargaining chip for another amnesty - or for any other political objective whatsoever.

Mr. Obama's refusal to live up to his own oath of office - which includes the duty to defend the United States against foreign invasion - requires senators and representatives to live up to their oaths. Members of Congress must defend our nation against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Today, that means bringing impeachment charges against Mr. Obama.

From the White House to the Big House: 25 Impeachable Crimes and Counting

Last week Rep. Michelle Bachmann was asked what Republicans had in mind should they retake the House of Representatives this November, she replied “I think that all we should do is issue subpoenas and have one hearing after another and expose all the nonsense that is going on.”

Considering the sheer volume of illegal and impeachable offences committed by Obama and his cohorts over the past couple of years, the House will be very busy indeed.

Putting aside Obama’s inept leadership, weakening of our national defenses and transparent attempt to socialize our great nation, there are a number of more practical crimes that once investigated could lead to Obama’s impeachment and perhaps even his well deserved imprisonment.

25 Obama Crimes the House Should Investigate in 2011


  1. Convicted felon and Chicago real estate developer Tony Rezko’s purchase of land adjacent to Obama’s house in Hyde Park, IL. In 2006, Rezko sold a 10 foot strip of his property to Obama for $104,500, rendering the remainder of Rezko’s $625,000 investment too small to be developed and, for all intents and purposes, worthless.
  2. The provision of Obama campaign donor lists to ACORN in 2007 and 2008, more complete than the ones he provided to the FEC. ACORN used the lists to raise money for Obama’s election from donors who had already maxed out their legally allowable contributions.
  3. Widespread voter fraud including voter intimidation, ballot stuffing, falsified documents, and threats of violence against Hillary Clinton supporters committed by the Obama campaign and ACORN during the 2008 Democrat primary election.   4. Obama’s refusal to release his long form birth certificate which would show conclusively that he is a dual citizen and therefore not constitutionally eligible to serve as President. Obama’s college records, which have also not been released, would also contain information regarding his dual citizenship status.
  5. Protecting union interests over those of GM and Chrysler bond holders during bankruptcy proceedings, forcing investors to accept millions of dollars in losses in direct violation of bankruptcy laws, money to which they were legally entitled.
  6. Preferential treatment given to minority and women owned car dealerships by Obama administration officials as part of the auto industry bailout program and the forced closing of a disproportionate number of rural dealerships located in areas that did not vote for Obama.
  7. Unsubstantiated firing of Corporation for National and Community Service Inspector General Gerald Walpin for exposing Sacramento Mayor and Obama supporter Kevin Johnson’s misuse of an $850,000 AmeriCorps grant.
  8. Purchase of Congressional support for the passage of Obama’s healthcare bill including the “Cornhusker Kickback”, “Louisiana Purchase” and having the Department of Interior increase water allocations to the Central Valley of California to secure the votes of Democrat Reps. Dennis Cardoza and Jim Costa.
  9. Lying to the American people by promising they could keep their healthcare coverage if they wanted to, when in reality tens of millions will be forced out of their current plans.
  10. Attempted bribery of Rep. Joe Sestak with job offers to get him to drop out of the Senate primary race against Sen. Arlen Specter.

  12. The Obama administration’s statement that a panel of experts had agreed with their plan for a 6 month Gulf Coast drilling moratorium, when in actuality none of them had supported the measure.
  13. Bullying BP to set up a $20 billion slush fund to compensate Gulf Coast businesses and residents affected by the oil spill, to be administered by an Obama political appointee without any judicial or congressional oversight.
  14. Implementing a third oil-drilling moratorium after the first two were thrown out of court, creating a de facto Gulf Coast offshore drilling ban in opposition to two judge’s rulings.
  15. Establishment of a commission to investigate the Gulf Coast oil spill that contains not one oil industry expert and whose transparent purpose is to push a partisan political agenda rather than investigate the cause of the disaster.
  16. Obama’s policy of intentionally not securing our nation’s borders, in opposition to Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution which calls for the President to protect states from foreign invasion, in an attempt to blackmail Republican support for comprehensive immigration reform. In essence, Obama is holding border states and residents politically hostage during a time they are being overrun by a narco-paramilitary invasion.
  17. Department of Justice illegal race based policies regarding voter fraud as exposed by former Justice attorney J. Christian Adams. This includes the dropping of voter intimidation charges against 2 Black Panthers brandishing weapons in front of a voting location in Philadelphia and the stated intention by political appointees to ignore voter crimes committed by African Americans, Latinos and other minorities.
  18. Department of Justice purposefully allowing some states to continue their disenfranchisement of military personnel serving overseas in direct opposition to the 2009 Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment (MOVE) Act, which was established in response to the more than 17,000 military votes that were not counted in the 2008 election because ballots had arrived after the deadline.
  19. Recess appointment of Donald Berwick as head of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services without even a token attempt to put him through the Congressional nomination process, signaling that Congress’s constitutional obligation to vet presidential appointees means nothing to Obama. The same can be said of the 30+ Obama administration czars.
  20. Spending $23 million of taxpayer money through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to support a constitutional referendum in Kenya in spite of the Siljander Amendment, which makes it illegal for the U.S. to lobby for abortion in other countries. The Kenyan referendum was partially written by Planned Parenthood and is designed to legalize abortion in that nation.
  21. The participation of the Obama administration in the firing of Sherry Sherrod from the USDA without due process because of publicized out of context remarks she made at a NAACP meeting in March 2010.
  22. The White House sham investigation of BP’s involvement in the release of the mass murdering Lockerbie bomber from prison. The Obama administration not only knew beforehand of the Scottish government’s plan to set Abdel Baset al-Megrahi free on “compassionate” grounds, they even sent a letter to Scottish authorities stating their preference for his remaining in Scotland over his transfer to a Libyan prison.
  23. The canceling of 77 properly filed oil field development contracts approved by the Bush administration by Interior Secretary Ken Salazar, preventing the extraction of up to 3 trillion gallons of oil buried under Colorado, Utah, Wyoming and North Dakota, more than enough to end our dependence on foreign oil and supply the U.S. with its energy needs for hundreds of years at current consumption rates.
  24. Investigations by the Department of Homeland Security to determine the political affiliation of people making Freedom of Information Act requests and the subsequent delay and even altogether ignoring of requests made by Republican affiliated individuals.
  25. The hardest to prosecute in court, but worst crime of all that Obama has perpetrated against the American people is the economic tyranny that his socialist policies have wrecked upon our nation. While Obama has been living the life of a king, including frequent 5 star vacations, dozens of concerts at the White House and endless rounds of golf, all paid for by taxpayer money—the increased transportation and security costs alone are in the millions of dollars—he has called for the rest of us to endure economic sacrifice. The annual trillion dollar deficits and borrowing of 41 cents of every dollar of government spending by Obama is leading to unsustainable and potentially catastrophic debt.
Something to Look Forward to

These 25 crimes are just what I’ve been able to dig up over the past couple of weeks. No doubt there are many more that I have missed or still as yet undiscovered. While any one may be sufficient to impeach Obama, taken as a whole it demonstrates that Obama has little to no regard for the rule of law.

I look forward to a Republican controlled House of Representatives uncovering Obama’s corrupt dealings and exposing this man as unworthy of the office of President

Are you seriously still ranting about Tony Rezco and ACORN? That is long over and very petty compared to the continuing problems caused by GW Bush.

Maybe you should come up with a list of all of the crimes committed by Bush when he was in office. The list would be so long that the whole politics forum might be overloaded and break down.

Celebrate the American Revolution?Impeach Obama

?Rebellion to Tyrants is Obedience to God? ?Tom Jefferson
Essential themes from the original American Revolution are resurfacing during Obama?s short tenure. As always, the People are bigger than any one man, and so it is quite fitting we return to our roots to fight tyranny by rising up against Obama?s imperial presidency, forcefully and legally removing him, just like rejecting Mad King George. Timeless revolutionary issues boil down to Natural Law arguments concerning rights to property, the purpose of government, sovereignty and tyranny.

Let?s examine these themes and ponder how the Founders reacted to them. We no longer have a potentate to revolt against, that much is true. Instead, we have a Prince Barack (Princess?) wanting every democratic organ turned into a one-party system. He?s duty-bound to personally transform our economy from a normally healthy capitalistic one into the permanently sickly socialist kind. Barack wants America humbled militarily and socially, to punish us for our ?sins,? even deigning to build-up Islam with NASA, crazily enough! Obama insists we spend and spend until the only logical option left is insolvency.

But is this our fate? Must we just absorb any number of beatings, yet keep rising with a smile on our mangled faces like a perennially abused girlfriend? Instead, let us help Barack recall how we treat despotic kings, insipid leaders and crazed tyrants, by reviewing the history of the bravest, fairest, most just and generous nation that?s ever existed.

I Brief Background to American Revolution


Arguably, the American Revolution resulted from success in grafting the ancient principles of English liberty into the States. The colonies were originally where Europeans, and especially English dissenters, could relocate to start over with small government, cheap land, religious freedom, and self-direction.

The American Revolution was rooted in the attitudes of the first settlers coming to the New World in the 17th-century. Most were embroiled in the English Civil War, carrying ideals of Lord Coke, and English liberties, like the Petition of Rights, promised by Parliament ?all the rights, privileges, and immunities of Englishmen.? These were protected by right to trial by jury; governed by Common Law; could not be arbitrarily imprisoned; and weren?t to be taxed without consent.

As time passed various European-American territories came into conflict, especially occurring during the French & Indian War. This pitted four nations against each other. The French were soundly defeated, while the British, Iroquois and Americans all gained, but the States emerged with a trained military.

After the war, King George III decided the Colonies must pay their own way, and started taxing them. Much bitterness ensued as the first foreign levies were laid. The Boston Tea <nobr style="color: rgb(43, 101, 176); font-weight: normal; font-size: 100%; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;" id="itxt_nobr_7_0">Party</nobr> was an expression of colonial anti-tax fury helping spark the War of Independence.

II. Themes of Revolution


Overview

Issues prodding Founders to rebel against King George mirror those goading current protesters to reject Obama: Sovereignty; Property, Liberty and Tyranny.

Today we face a government completely opposed to productive elements of society. Our <nobr style="color: rgb(43, 101, 176); font-weight: normal; font-size: 100%; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;" id="itxt_nobr_9_0">Constitution</nobr> presupposes capitalism, protecting private property, keeping government small. We can?t giganticize government without abolishing citizen rights to private property, or arbitrarily moving wealth from one group to another?without destroying our ancestral liberties. Our Constitution is our only real bulwark against tyranny.

A. Taxation:


Arguably, the American Revolution was a child of tax revolt. England launched several different levies, merely infuriating colonists enough to take up arms. For brevity, regarding various taxes the British established before the Revolutionary War, here is a link. Thomas Paine observed,
If, from the more wretched parts of the old world, we look at those which are in an advanced stage of improvement, we still find the greedy hand of government thrusting itself into every corner and crevice of industry, and grasping the spoil of the multitude. Invention is continually exercised, to furnish new pretenses for revenues and taxation. It watches prosperity as its prey and permits none to escape without tribute. (Rights of Man)
Founders saw tax money as being just another part of a larger group?Property. James Madison, the main author of the US Constitution, wrote a compelling article on the larger notion of Property:
This term (property) in its particular application means ?that dominion which one man claims and exercises over the external things of the world, in exclusion of every other individual.?

In its larger and juster meaning, it embraces every thing to which a man may attach a value and have a right; and which leaves to every one else the like advantage.

In the former sense, a man?s land, or merchandise, or money is called his property.

In the latter sense, a man has a property in his opinions and the free communication of them.

He has a property of peculiar value in his religious opinions, and in the profession and practice dictated by them.

He has a property very dear to him in the safety and liberty of his person.

He has an equal property in the free use of his faculties and free choice of the objects on which to employ them.

In a word, as a man is said to have a right to his property, he may be equally said to have a property in his rights.

Where an excess of power prevails, property of no sort is duly respected. No man is safe in his opinions, his person, his
faculties, or his possessions.

Where there is an excess of liberty, the effect is the same, tho? from an opposite cause.

Government is instituted to protect property of every sort; as well that which lies in the various rights of individuals, as that which the term particularly expresses. This being the end of government, that alone is a just government, whichimpartially secures to every man, whatever is his own. (The Papers of James Madison 29 Mar. 1792 Papers 14:266?68 )
We note a fascinating development of Revolutionary thinking expanding the notion of Property, by such Enlightenment philosophers as John Locke, Adam Smith and David Hume. The Founders believed the defense of private property was a foundation of liberty.

Richard Pipes, perhaps the world?s greatest authority on communism and socialism, claims freedom itself is impossible without a defense of private property. He writes in Property and Freedom,
In medieval Europe, and especially the seventeenth century, when the modern ideas of liberty were born, ?property? came to be conceived as ?propriety,? the sum total of rights to possession as well as personal rights with which man is endowed by nature and of which he cannot be deprived except by his consent and not even always then (as, for instance, in the denial of the ?right? to sell oneself into slavery). The notion of ?inalienable rights,? which has played an increasing role in the political thought and practice of the West since the seventeenth century, grows out of the right to property, the most elementary of rights. One of its aspects is the principle that the sovereign rules but does not own and hence must not appropriate the belongings of his subjects or violate their persons?a principle that erected a powerful barrier to political authority and permitted the evolution of the first civil and then political rights.
B. Popular Sovereignty

Rejecting England?s tyranny over Americans encouraged Popular Sovereignty?s debate. Sovereignty was the chief issue battled over between the colonists and England. Preeminent American Revolutionary historian Bernard Bailyn explains this in the Ideological Origins Of The American Revolution,
But of all the intellectual problems the colonists faced, one was absolutely crucial: in the last analysis it was over this issue that the Revolution was fought. On the pivotal question of the nature and location of the ultimate power in the state, American thinkers attempted to depart sharply from one of the most firmly fixed points in eighteenth-century political thought; and though they failed to gain acceptance for their strange and awkward views, they succeeded nevertheless in opening this fundamental issue to critical discussion, preparing the way for a new departure in the organization of power.
Definitions of British sovereignty evolved for decades, morphing to a tyranny of Parliament, according to Bailyn. Ultimately, Americans could not accept the British theory that all sovereignty resided in the English Parliament.

C. Religion:

Religious and civil liberties were joined in American minds and were defended as such, according to Bailyn. Colonial Americans were profoundly disturbed by England?s insistence the Anglican Church be America?s official denomination. The great heroes of disestablishment were Separatist Baptists, keenly aware of their minority status, chaffing at the idea they would pay double?once for the established church and again tithing to their own congregations, while still experience discrimination. Unified protests by various denominations helped block establishment, causing the source of the First Amendment?s prohibition against an official state church:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion?
This battle over Anglican establishment resembled the medieval Church?s struggle that released so much violent energy in Europe the previous centuries. We cannot today understand the extent colonial life was intertwined into the life of the Protestant churches. It was the work of Madison and Jefferson in Virginia?s constitution to articulate a well-expressed defense of religious freedom of choice.

Other scholars have revealed how the strata of American political theory could not exist but for Jewish and Christian teachings. It?s already been shown in this journal how the US Constitution was based upon the Puritan notion of Covenant, as shown by the work of Donald Lutz; whereas the federal theory of power sharing owes its conception to the ancient Jewish federal <nobr style="color: rgb(43, 101, 176); font-weight: normal; font-size: 100%; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;" id="itxt_nobr_19_0">government</nobr>, seen in Daniel Elazar?s many works. And Michael Novak argues in a compelling essay titled ?Sacred Honor: Religious Principle In The American Founding? (in The Enduring Principles of the American Founding) that much of American political theory comes from an Old Testament understanding of God.

Even more intriguing is Ellis Sandoz?s description, in his A Government of Laws, Political Theory, Religion and the American Founding, that the entire undertaking of 17th century political writing?such as John Locke?s Second Treatise on Government?is a type of civil theology. The Founders regarded such as a ?Divine Science of Politics.? In 1646, John Winthrop recited the Lockean formula that government primarily existed to protect ... ?lives, liberties, and estates, etc., according to their due natural rights as freeborn English.? In Locke?s understanding of Property, reiterated by James Madison and all Founders, ?Property? properly understood contained one?s Natural Rights, including all species of Freedoms and beliefs. Here we see the inseparable connection between the Founders religious ideas and their theory and defense of civil rights.

III. Natural Rights: Inherent Rights From God Not Man


The Founders drew upon Natural Rights in writing the Declaration and Constitution, believing such were created by God, not government. If not, these rights would be mere privileges, to be canceled on a whim.

The Declaration states:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government?But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.
IV. Obama & Tyranny

According to Sandoz, American Revolutionary preachers typically instructed their flock it was a divine duty to oppose tyrants. An example is the Reverend Samuel West, preaching in Boston on May 29, 1776, who develops this idea at length. He says a leader directing evil government is debased to the level of an animal. He states?in part:
This shows that the end and design of civil government cannot be to deprive men of their liberty or take away their freedom; but, on the contrary, the true design of civil government is to protect men in the enjoyment of liberty.

From hence it follows tyranny and arbitrary power are utterly inconsistent with and subversive?of civil government, and directly contrary to natural law, the true foundation of civil government and all politic law. Consequently, the authority of a tyrant is of itself null and void?

Our obligation to promote the public good extends to the opposing every exertion of arbitrary power injurious to the state?No man can be a good member of the community that is not as zealous to oppose tyranny as he is ready to obey magistracy. A slavish submission to tyranny is a proof of a very sordid and base mind?when rulers become oppressive to the subject and injurious to the state, their authority, their respect, their maintenance, and the duty of submitting to them, must immediately cease; they are then to be considered as the ministers of Satan, and, as such, it becomes our indispensable duty to resist and oppose them.
If we are still under the same Constitution, don?t we yet have a patriotic duty, divine or not, to oppose all tyrants?

V Impeach Obama: Blowup the DC Outhouse

Impeachment details are previously described here: article 1; article 2. But no specific crime need be proved of Obama, if he?s found undermining the Republic. Countless stories detail Barack?s absolutely astounding number of mistakes and imbecilic decisions (see above). But simply ponder?without government defense of private property, we are doomed to drift into socialism, and then lose our liberties. Historically speaking, no other outcome is possible. For this reason alone, Obama must be removed ASAP.

Conclusion

As Americans we don?t put up with tyrants, nor are we afraid of boastful, bullying politicians with wildly destructive agendas. In fact, we were born in dissent, breaking the shackles of tyrant King George III, fighting our way to freedom. We used every peaceful means to protest, but our cries for liberty and justice were ignored. Finally, when we were fired upon at the Boston Massacre, we then took the gloves off. Now, it?s time to roll up the sleeves again and get our hands dirty with the filthiest cabal of politicians ever seen in DC. Many will claim that Barack has such a numerical advantage in Congress, impeachment is impossible. But let?s see what the field looks like after November?s elections.

The US theory of principled dissent against tyrants is not only biblical, but eminently logical to even the staunchest atheist. If we do impeach Obama, what will be the result? Overly?emotional liberals will wring hands and warn of a ?coup? and ?blood in the streets.? Actually, the impeachment process is meant to avoid bloodshed and allow peaceful removal of corrupt or tyrannical leaders.

Instead of causing major social unrest, impeaching Barack could achieve notably wholesome ends. First, putting all corrupt politicos on notice they don?t own their seats, but serve the People. Second, revitalizing the ignored impeachment process, making possible removal of our typically scum-of-the-earth ?leaders.? Third, saving America. For, if we remove Barack now, stop his wild spending, roll back Obamacare, and halt his other leftist machinations, it might be the one thing we have left in the arsenal to preserve our celebrated, but badly wounded, best-ever Republic.

And let us not forget, it was peerless genius and Declaration of Independence drafter Thomas Jefferson who wrote to friend and fellow genius James Madison, drafter of the Constitution ?that ?a little rebellion now and then is a good thing, and as necessary in the political world as storms in the physical.? And if Obama can?t take a joke, let?s then recall Patrick Henry?s immortal reply to charges of disloyalty, when he criticized Parliament and King in his first speech in the VA House of Burgess : ?If this be treason, make the most of it.?

It showed a President and political party willing to break the law at will in order to accomplish their political aims. Thanks to reader contributions and conservative writers around the country, here are 25 more for your consideration.

Whether or not any of these troubling examples will lead to Obama?s impeachment and/or imprisonment, only time will tell. Regardless, taken together they paint a picture of an out of control President who lacks basic American values and has little to no respect for the rule of law.

25 More Impeachable Crimes

  1. Obama?s term as Board Chair of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge in the mid-1990s where he and his colleague, unrepentant terrorist William Ayers, misused over $300 million in private donations meant to improve the education of minorities. Instead of spending the money on traditional learning programs, Obama and Ayers directed the funds to local community activists who wasted it on trying to ?radicalize? the students. An official review of the program found that it was a complete and utter failure.
  2. As an Illinois State Senator, Obama directed tens of millions in state money to slumlords Valerie Jarrett and Tony Rezko meant to provide for housing for low income, minority tenants in return for political donations. Due to shoddy construction and nonexistent maintenance, the majority of the units, after less than 10 years of use, have been rendered uninhabitable.
  3. Michelle Obama?s politically connected $316,000 VP of Community Affairs job at University of Chicago Hospitals while her husband was serving as US Senator. She was responsible for the design of an illegal ?patient dumping? scheme that prevents local African Americans from using the emergency room at one of the nation?s finest hospitals and instead redirects them to community healthcare centers where they often receive substandard and inadequate treatment. The high paying position was eliminated soon after Mrs. Obama?s departure from the university.
  4. Millions in illegal contributions accepted by the Obama campaign during his presidential run. Credit card filters designed to screen out foreign money and domestic donors who had maxed out their legally allowable limits, as required by US law, were intentionally switched off.
  5. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton?s ongoing effort to create international small arms accords that will subvert the Second Amendment rights of US citizens.
  6. The Russian-American START treaty signed by Obama in April 2010 that has no chance of making it through Congress unless passed during the lame duck session. Not only does the treaty hamstring US missile defense development and make it difficult to modernize our rapidly aging nuclear weapons arsenal, it represents unilateral disarmament by the US in return for nothing more than Russian ?good will?.
  7. Moving control of the Census Bureau from the Commerce Department directly into the White House where it is managed by Chief of Staff Rham Emmanuel.
  8. Providing de facto amnesty to illegal immigrants by Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director John Morton, who has prohibited ICE officers from enforcing US immigration laws outside the institutional setting. The ICE union has subsequently taken the unprecedented step of voting ?no confidence? in Morton?s leadership.
  9. Attorney General Erik Holder?s failure to sue sanctuary cities for violating US immigration law, while at the same time proceeding with a lawsuit against the State of Arizona for enforcing US immigration law.
  10. Failure by Obama to treat the takeover of sovereign land in Arizona by the Mexican drug cartel as an Act of War.
  11. Refusal by National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Administrator David L. Strickland to release results from an internal investigation into the Toyota sudden acceleration problem that contains findings favorable to the foreign automaker.
  12. Ongoing efforts by FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski to gain control over the internet in opposition to a judge?s ruling and Congress?s will, by reclassifying internet companies as telecommunication providers thus making them subject to FCC regulation.
  13. Obama and his environmentalist allies preventing US industries from taking advantage of our rich natural resources including oil, coal, uranium and timber.
  14. Obama?s month long stint as UN Security Council Chair in 2009, the first ever by a sitting U.S. President. Not only did this action give credibility to an international organization ruled by tyrants, it also called into question potential dual loyalties by our President.
  15. The Obama National Security Strategy released in May that allows for the targeted assassination of US citizens including ?homegrown terrorists? without due process. It has also been described by the Kremlin, which knows quite a lot about these kinds of things, as a ?new law put forth by President Obama capable of seeing up to 500,000 American citizens jailed for the crime of opposing their government.?
  16. Obama executive order signed in Dec. 2009 that allows Interpol to operate in US territory with impunity and without oversight by Congress, the courts, FBI or local law enforcement.
  17. Deployment of 1,200 National Guard troops to border states where they will not, under any circumstances, be used to stop the flow of illegal aliens or drug traffickers.
  18. A foreign policy that can be best described as the turning away of our allies, in particular Great Britain, Israel, Honduras, Poland, Columbia, and Taiwan, and the embracement of our enemies.
  19. The State Department using $23 million in taxpayer money to help transform Kenya into a constitutionally communist nation where the freedom of speech is limited and private property rights are subservient to ?social justice?. In addition, the recently adopted Kenyan constitution allows for the practice of Sharia Law in some regions, ensuring women will not be guaranteed basic human rights.
  20. Obama?s refusal to hold press conferences and answer difficult questions as expected of a US President. Never in the modern age has there been a President so unwilling to answer to the American people for his actions. Considering the public?s growing anger towards his progressive policies, it is doubtful Obama will ever hold another press conference again.
  21. The $26 billion bailout of the teacher?s unions that Obama recently signed into law. Not only was the money taken from food stamp programs for poor Americans in order to fund Democrat special interests, a portion will be skimmed off the top as union dues and funneled to Democrat political campaigns this fall.
  22. Obama?s involvement with Governor Rod Blagojevich?s attempt to sell his old Illinois Senate seat. Even if Obama didn?t try to purchase the position for his chosen replacement, slumlord Valerie Jarrett, at the very least he had to know the seat was for sale.
  23. Department of Interior Secretary Ken Salazar?s plans to take control of millions of acres of public and private land in Western states by designating them national monuments. These efforts are being carried out in secret and without input from Congress, state and local officials and current land owners.
  24. Obama?s use of taxpayer money to pay for Democrat propaganda including $15 million for The American Reinvestment and Recovery Act road signs and $18 million for the perpetually misleading recovery.gov website.
  25. The lasting damage Obama has done to the Jewish people. In his less than two years in office, there has been an outpouring of hatred towards the Jews the likes of which I thought I would never live to see. From Helen Thomas telling the Jews to ?get the hell out of Palestine? to heavily armed, terrorist flotillas destined for the Gaza Strip described as ?peaceful? by the western press. From throwing stones at little old ladies leaving synagogue in Sweden to the thousands of Jewish families fleeing Muslim persecution in France, a sea change in world public opinion against the Jewish people has been accomplished during Obama?s term. Because of his refusal to speak out against virulent anti-Semitism being pushed by left-wing politicians and Islamists around the world, the harm to the Jewish people will surely outlive his presidency and could have terrible, unforeseen consequences.

This is a simple street protest. No speakers or booths are planned. Bring your signs. This is a freedom-of-speech protest. So, put whatever you want on your sign.

Other groups/individuals are very welcome to participate. We need a good turnout. So, invite your friends, family, coworkers, acquaintances and any other willing people you may meet on the way to the protest!

President Obama has engaged in numerous high crimes and misdemeanors. The Democratic majority in Congress is in peril as Americans reject his agenda. Yet more must be done: Mr. Obama should be impeached.

He is slowly - piece by painful piece - erecting a socialist dictatorship. We are not there - yet. But he is putting America on that dangerous path.

He is undermining our constitutional system of checks and balances; subverting democratic procedures and the rule of law; presiding over a corrupt, gangster regime; and assaulting the very pillars of traditional capitalism. Like Venezuela's leftist strongman, Hugo Chavez, Mr. Obama is bent on imposing a revolution from above - one that is polarizing America along racial, political and ideological lines. Mr. Obama is the most divisive president since Richard Nixon. His policies are Balkanizing the country. It's time for him to go.

He has abused his office and violated his oath to uphold the Constitution.

His health care overhaul was rammed through Congress. It was - and remains - opposed by a majority of the people. It could only be passed through bribery and political intimidation. The Louisiana Purchase, the Cornhusker Kickback, the $5 billion Medicaid set-aside for Florida Sen. Bill Nelson - taxpayer money was used as a virtual slush fund to buy swing votes. Moreover, the law is blatantly unconstitutional: The federal government does not have the right to coerce every citizen to purchase a good or service. This is not in the Constitution, and it represents an unprecedented expansion of power.

Yet Obamacare's most pernicious aspect is its federal funding of abortion.

Pro-lifers are now compelled to have their tax dollars used to subsidize insurance plans that allow for the murder of unborn children. This is more than state-sanctioned infanticide. It violates the conscience rights of religious citizens. Traditionalists - evangelicals, Catholics, Baptists, Muslims, Orthodox Jews - have been made complicit in an abomination that goes against their deepest religious values. As the law is implemented (as in Pennsylvania) the consequences of the abortion provisions will become increasingly apparent. The result will be a cultural civil war. Pro-lifers will become deeply alienated from society; among many, a secession of the heart is taking place.

Mr. Obama is waging a frontal assault on property rights. The BP oil spill is a case in point. BP clearly is responsible for the spill and its massive economic and environmental damage to the Gulf. There is a legal process for claims to be adjudicated, but Mr. Obama has behaved more like Mr. Chavez or Russia's Vladimir Putin: He has bullied BP into setting up a $20 billion compensation fund administered by an Obama appointee. In other words, the assets of a private company are to be raided to serve a political agenda. Billions will be dispensed arbitrarily in compensation to oil-spill victims - much of it to Democratic constituents. This is cronyism and creeping authoritarianism.

Mr. Obama's multicultural socialism seeks to eradicate traditional America.

He has created a command-and-control health care system. He has essentially nationalized the big banks, the financial sector, the automakers and the student loan industry. He next wants to pass "cap-and-trade," which would bring industry and manufacturing under the heel of big government. The state is intervening in every aspect of American life - beyond its constitutionally delegated bounds. Under Mr. Obama, the Constitution has become a meaningless scrap of paper.

To provide the shock troops for his socialist takeover, Mr. Obama calls for "comprehensive immigration reform" - granting amnesty to 12 million to 20 million illegal aliens. This would forge a permanent Democratic electoral majority. It would sound the death knell for our national sovereignty.

Amnesty rewards lawlessness and criminal behavior; it signifies the surrender of our porous southern border to a massive illegal invasion. It means the death of American nationhood. We will no longer be a country, but the colony of a global socialist empire.

Rather than defending our homeland, Mr. Obama's Justice Department has sued Arizona for its immigration law. He is siding with criminals against his fellow Americans. His actions desecrate his constitutional oath to protect U.S. citizens from enemies foreign and domestic. He is thus encouraging more illegal immigration as Washington refuses to protect our borders. Mr. Obama's decision on this case is treasonous.

As president, he is supposed to respect the rule of law. Instead, his administration has dropped charges of voter intimidation against members of the New Black Panther Party. This was done even though their menacing behavior was caught on tape: men in military garb brandishing clubs and threatening whites at a polling site. A Justice Department lawyer intimately involved in the case, J. Christian Adams, resigned in protest. Mr. Adams says that under Mr. Obama, there is a new policy: Cases involving black defendants and white victims - no matter how much they cry for justice - are not to be prosecuted. This is more than institutionalized racism. It is an abrogation of civil rights laws.

The Justice Department's behavior is illegal. It poses a direct threat to the integrity of our democracy and the sanctity of our electoral process.

Corruption in the administration is rampant. Washington no longer has a government; rather, it has a gangster regime. The Chicago way has become the Washington way. Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel is a political hit man. He is an amoral, ruthless operator. It was Mr. Emanuel who reached out to Rep. Joe Sestak, Pennsylvania Democrat, offering a high-ranking job in the hopes of persuading Mr. Sestak to pull out of the primary against Sen. Arlen Specter. It was Mr. Emanuel who offered another government position to Andrew Romanoff to do the same in the Colorado Democratic Senate primary. And it was Mr. Emanuel - as the trial of former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich has revealed - who acted as the go-between to try to have Valerie Jarrett parachuted into Mr. Obama's former Senate seat. The only question was: What did Mr. Blagojevich want in exchange?

This is not simply sleazy Chicago machine politics. It is the systematic breaking of the law - bribery, attempt to interfere (and manipulate) elections using taxpayer-funded jobs, influence peddling and abuse of power.

The common misperception on the right is that Mr. Obama is another Jimmy Carter: an incompetent liberal whose presidency is being reduced to rubble under the onslaught of repeated failures. The very opposite, however, is true. He is the most consequential president in our lifetime, transforming America into something our Founding Fathers would find not only unrecognizable, but repugnant. Like all radical revolutionaries, he is consumed by the pursuit of power - attaining it, wielding it and maximizing it. Mr. Obama's fledgling thug state must be stopped.

If Republicans win back Congress in November, they should - and likely will - launch formal investigations into this criminal, scandal-ridden administration. Rep. Darrell Issa, California Republican and ranking member of the Oversight and Government Reform Committee, has promised as much. Mr. Obama has betrayed the American people. Impeachment is the only answer. This usurper must fall.
