EPA gets 123% budget increase. Makes it so hard to mine or use coal, it is sold to Germany. Germany goes whole hog into PV panels and wind mills. But it does not always blow or shine. Germany never puts in a less dirty plant like clean burning natural gas so it burns American coal.
Since Germany is still on the same globe as us, how does this stop world emissions?
