Skaggs' family sues Angels, former employees

The family of Angels pitcher Tyler Skaggs filed two lawsuits against the club and two former employees, claiming negligence over his drug-related death two years ago, attorneys announced Tuesday morning.

Maybe the Halos want good PR. But these are intentional acts by employees. Where's the negligence? Insurance has no legal duty to pay neither does the team. So they're compensating the family because Skaggs abused drugs!?
