Rubio looks very presidential here.I love how he points out how Obama still has not presented a budget and uses Bidens, Reids and Obama's own words against them.

Actually, he's probably on top of everyone's VP list for 2012. However, by current constitutional standards he's not eligible. Ditto for Bobby Jindal. Of course, eligibility and whether anyone would do anything preventing Rubio or Jindal from becoming president are two separate issues.
