Which Proxy Service For Westgate Super Contest Screwed Up In NFL Week 1?

Listening to VSIN this morning with Gill Alexander and Josh Towers.

Josh was relaying a story about a Las Vegas proxy who is representing 200 contestants and forgot to put in picks for one of his Josh's friends and screwed up six other contestant entries.

Anyone have an idea who it was?

Jeez, does the proxy refund the entry fee...seems the right thing to do. What's the going rate for proxy service $100, $200, more?

Do the people in Nevada have a app they can just enter picks on or do you have to go to Westgate and get on a kiosk?
