Kenny not me, I banned over 25 guys at major wager in one day once. I went crazy.

There are plenty of guys to be good mods like Doberman, Park City, Victory Gallop, Jimmy, Kracker, Hitter, Frogg, Wantmois, Scarlett, Sportman , ect

It is an honor to even be mentioned by a few of you. I do have a strong background in gaming, but I seriously doubt Shrink is even considering me.

Interestingly the producer with your name had no projects in 2002-2004 and one of his next projects is Two For the Money, a movie about sports betting. One hell of a coincidence.

I was recently denied early termination of supervised release.

This is from the order:

"....Defendant's probation officer has written a letter supporting the application for early termination.

However, it is the view if the court that the sentence should be carried out as imposed. One factor in the court's decision is that the defendant is responsible for comments about his criminal case contained in a website entitled "Free Jay Cohen." It is, of course, true that that defendant has every right, including a constitutional right, to assert his views about the criminal prosecution. However, the comments on the website comtain serious and demonstrable falsehoods about what occured in connection with both his trial and his appeal...."

And that is why I wrote my last column.

I don't want to change the topic of this thread, but until someone shows me it works I have to believe it doesn't. Even the guys that promote it the most, and swear it works they keep their records on a FLAT rate UNWEIGHTED basis. So if it workls so well, and these so called geniuses are making money with it why a) aren't they keeping or offering wighted records and b) why are they still charging for picks or picks packages. BTW these are not scamdicappers but the so called professionals over at Won'g place.

As for the topic. Appreciate the mentions, but I am not a great choice for moderator. I am on a lot, but not steady enough to approach it "as a job". I have been offered a few paying gigs but have only tried one of them (did it on a trial basis and took no money) but it didn't turn out the way it was supposed to so it basiaclly dissolved.

More than willing to give an opinion on disputes, but as a moderator I doubt the opinion would carry more weight than as a poster. Giving someone a title doesn't make them smarter. It might make them dumber, but definately not smarter. :D

Question 1 No, if I were a moderator and REALLY wanted to make a name for myself I would not ban them nor would I want anyone else to ban them. EVERYONE bans them, so to make a name formyself I would have to be the one guy that hadn't.

Question 2 I am not from San Fransisco although my girlfeind is from Napa. So I have been in the city. Not in the capacity you think. So I am sorry to disappoint. I do however stay up late at nights, not so much now so the posting might not be at the times you are looking for.

Question 3 I never cried to anyone over there, never cried to anyone anywhere. I actually have been banned from there myself. I know you are/were a pain in the ass, but unlike most I take what you say as entertainement. Nothing personal on the forums as far as I am concerned. Because if it does get personal then someone obviously knows you too well, and that is something I try to avoid on aposting forum.

Question4 I don't think I have ever kissed anyone's ass. I think the very first post I posted at the RX was questioning Shrink's methodology on a certain hold or spread. Nor do I condescend. You don't have to be smart to gamble. Don't even have to be that intelligent to win. As for JJ I don't know him as well as most, he ran on different forums, I guess he has a reputaion, but has yet to show it here. Everyone has their idiosyncircies so you have to take the good times with the bad.

Question 5 Nope never really got into figure skating. I have watched women's gymnastics a time or two in my younger days. Richard Simmons is an American Icon, but I was never a big fan. But nayone who can where candy striped shorts into their 50/60 however old he is deserves a little respect. A lot of the guys that are reading this can attest to that for sure. Not goign to mention names but I have to think there are a couple who have to take a piss more by feel, and less by sight.

Question 6 I haven't heard the story on that one, why don't you give me a FULL description with ALL the details, and maybe I can tell you what I might do. Was this recently? Tell me what happened.

its not flawed if betting positive expection wagers, its the best way to maximize bankroll while greatly eliminating the risk of losing your bankroll. However, if playing negative expectation wagers its basically worthless.

Unless it is a scalp there is a lways anegative expectation IMO. Case in point the Wash/Balt game last night. There are NO gaurantees even in the 4th quarter.

Kelley is only as good as the guy making the bets, and even the very best guys are maybe 54-55%. I don't know any of those guys that use Kelley.

If you win it works I goess, but once you start losing, you lose your bankroll A LOT faster than any other "system".
