I don't know if you were around at this juncture, but there was this poster Sick Gambler. All he talked about was attending the bash. And he had more haters than the Frog. He even made photos and posted them of all of his bash attending commitments. He flaked, and was never the same poster again. I just don't see WVU doing something because it is cute.

I am going to Vegas as I do every year at about the same time. I have many friends there including several who will be attending the bash. I am not on bad terms with the management across the street. Anyone who has met me knows that I am all about a good time and am not anything like the guy who everyone loves to hate on the forums. When you become a mod, you become a target. When you become a mod who really doesn't give a shit then you become an even bigger target.

I can handle the bashing, in fact I even encourage it at times with self instigating and carefully placed propaganda. I do not appreciate anyone bringing my wife, kids, or any other family member into this forum drama. That is rude, classless and just fucking wrong.

If WVU were to show up at the Bash, I really don't think anyone would give him a hard time honestly. Some may just stay away from him, but I don't anyone would cause a scene and that's how it should be.

I jab back and forth with a lot of posters on the forums, but if I get to attend a Bash someday (whether it's an EOG one or another forum), I'll be going to vacation and have fun. I sure the hell ain't going out there to fight somebody and get thrown in jail.

I havent been to a bash but I would think everything is a clean slate. At least in my opinion. Online and real life is a lot different imo. I am sure there are posters I like a lot on the forums that I wouldnt get along with a lot in real life and vice versa
