One week ago, the Surprise Arizona Tea Party passed the same motion by 45 - 4. All of these votes occurred in districts served by Congressman Trent Franks and he is being informed of the results.
This same motion is forecast to spread to other Tea Party groups around the nation.

At the request of tea party leaders in Arizona, famed Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio has promised to investigate the validity of Barack Obama's purported long-form birth certificate in a determination of the president's eligibility for the county's 2012 election ballot.
Tea party leaders in Surprise, Ariz., met with Arpaio and WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi Thursday morning to express concern that a fake birth certificate would be used to document the president's eligibility to run in Maricopa County, where Arpaio is the chief law enforcement officer.
Arpaio's tough crackdown on illegal immigration has made him a national figure.
At a one-hour meeting in Arpaio's office, the tea party leaders presented the sheriff with a petition that was drafted after a speech by Corsi the previous night. Corsi, author of a best-selling book challenging Obama's eligibility, "Where's the Birth Certificate?", presented evidence from numerous computer-imaging specialists who believe the document presented by the White House April 27 is not authentic.
At the gathering Wednesday night of more than 325 people, sponsored by the Surprise Tea Party Patriots of Surprise, Ariz., and the Liberty Through Action organization, 242 signatures were gathered on the petition, which requested that Arpaio begin a criminal investigation.
The petition calls for the sheriff to investigate the possibility that a crime has been committed against the Arizona secretary of state, who must decide whether to put Obama's name on the ballot
Arpaio told the tea party leaders the complaint is within his jurisdiction, and he will be forced to investigate. He said he expects political pressure, but he pointed out that as the chief law enforcement officer of Maricopa County, he's taken an oath to respond to citizens who approach him about enforcing the law.
Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Lt. Justin Griffin confirmed to WND that Arpaio is "waiting to receive all the documentation and all the investigative material from Dr. Jerry Corsi, and then he will look into the matter and compare it to the Arizona revised statutes."
The petition states:
We the undersigned citizens are respectfully requesting that you initiate a criminal investigation under the authority of A.R.S. 13-2407 A-C, Into the alleged Certificate of Live Birth, File Number 151 61 10641, State of Hawaii, for Barack H. Obama II. The document was released on April 27, 2011, by the White House to the press and posted on the White House website and distributed and downloaded by computer throughout the nation, including within Maricopa County. Reportedly, several experts have declared the document to be a forgery. Reportedly, the file number may be out of sequence; "THE" appears to be misspelled as "TXE" in the State Registrar's stamp; there appears to be a "smiley face" in the "A" in the Alvin T. Onaka, State Registrar stamp; reportedly the document has computer generated, multiple layers and is not a copy of a single layered document; font types appear to vary throughout the document, reportedly, not possible with a vintage 1961 mechanical typewriter. We urge you to continue to support the Rule of Law and to investigate and determine whether the alleged Certificate of Live Birth, for Barack H. According to a new Public Policy Polling survey ? released on Tuesday ? 44 percent of likely Republican voters do not believe that Obama was born in the United States. Meanwhile, 35 percent believe Obama is a U.S. citizen while 21 percent are not sure.
Two months ago, those numbers were virtually reversed ? with 42 percent of GOP voters saying Obama was a citizen and 35 percent saying he wasn?t.

Fits News: Growing numbers of Republicans in the early-voting state of South Carolina do not believe that U.S. President Barack Obama is an American citizen.
According to a new Public Policy Polling survey ? released on Tuesday ? 44 percent of likely Republican voters do not believe that Obama was born in the United States. Meanwhile, 35 percent believe Obama is a U.S. citizen while 21 percent are not sure.
Two months ago, those numbers were virtually reversed ? with 42 percent of GOP voters saying Obama was a citizen and 35 percent saying he wasn?t.

In a recent article at WorldNetDaily, Jerome Corsi talks about a comparison of typefaces made by Paul Irey between the Obama certificate and a newly-disclosed sample certificate from later in August. Irey, hopelessly blinded by confirmation bias, compares apples to oranges in terms of document resolution and arrives at the conclusion he expected; however, the information inadvertently disclosed on this new certificate completely destroys a mainstay of the birther objections to Obama’s certificate, namely that his certificate number is impossible.
Several articles here have discussed Obama’s birth certificate number. The birther objection is that Obama’s number is higher than that of the Nordyke twins born a day later. Birthers demand (for no good reason beyond the fact that Obama’s certificate doesn’t have this characteristic) that the certificate numbers must exactly follow the order of the births themselves. I showed in my article, Obama’s birth certificate number, that the information from available certificates suggests that certificates were batched and alphabetized before numbering, and even estimated the size of that batch.
Now WorldNetDaily has published a certificate it says is authentic dating, from August 23, 1961, that has a lower number (61-09945) than both Nordyke and Obama! (Of course, they tried to cover up the number and then they did cover it up, but Google’s cache doesn’t forget.) A private investigation reveals that the Social Security Number being used by Barack Obama does not pass a check with E-Verify,the electronic system the U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has created to verify whether or not prospective employees have the required authorization to work legally in the United States.
Over the past few years, the E-Verify system has received national attention because of its ability to determine if prospective employees are illegal immigrants who have entered the United States without the legal authority to work.

By flagging fraudulent documents, including faked Social Security Numbers, the E-Verify system can assist an employer in the effort to make sure all prospective hires have authentic identification papers, including valid Social Security Numbers, issued to them and not to someone else.
Now WND has obtained a copy of an affidavit from Linda Jordan, a private citizen who entered Obama's Social Security Numberinto the "Self Check" section of the E-Verify website, only to find out that Obama's Social Security Number was flagged by E-Verify as likely being fraudulent.

Jordan told WND she is a wife, mother and homemaker. She described herself as "an average citizen with reasonable research skills."
She said she became concerned when she realized that Congress was not willing to investigate issues concerning Obama's identity, including whether or not he currently is using a fraudulent Social Security Number, and that federal law enforcement authorities also were doing nothing.
"Between October 2008 and May 2011, I submitted several requests to agencies and people with the legal responsibility and authority to investigate the use of forged documents and election fraud, concerning Obama's birth records and Social Security Number," she stated in her affidavit. "To date no one with the legal responsibility and authority has responded to any of these requests."
Jordan told WND she finally decided to investigate Obama on her own initiative.
"I did my own research and I found allegations that Obama was using a fraudulent Social Security Number and that his birth certificate had been forged were more than credible," she said. "Then I saw many brave people putting their reputations on the line to get the truth concerning Obama, including military officers like Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, and I decided I could no longer just sit back and watch."
Jordan finally decided to take matters in her own hand.
"I considered myself to be one of the employers of the United States," she said, "so I decided to sign up for E-Verify and see if I could determine whether or not I could find out something about his true identity."
In May 2010,WND reportedtwo private investigators working independently were asking why President Obama was using a Social Security Number set aside for applicants in Connecticut while there is no record he ever had a mailing address in that state.
In addition, the records indicate the Social Security Number Barack Obama is using was issued between 1977 and 1979, yet Obama's earliest employment reportedly was in 1975 at an ice cream shop in Hawaii.

A private investigation reveals that the Social Security Number being used by Barack Obama does not pass a check with E-Verify,the electronic system the U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has created to verify whether or not prospective employees have the required authorization to work legally in the United States.
Over the past few years, the E-Verify system has received national attention because of its ability to determine if prospective employees are illegal immigrants who have entered the United States without the legal authority to work.

By flagging fraudulent documents, including faked Social Security Numbers, the E-Verify system can assist an employer in the effort to make sure all prospective hires have authentic identification papers, including valid Social Security Numbers, issued to them and not to someone else.
Now WND has obtained a copy of an affidavit from Linda Jordan, a private citizen who entered Obama's Social Security Numberinto the "Self Check" section of the E-Verify website, only to find out that Obama's Social Security Number was flagged by E-Verify as likely being fraudulent.

Jordan told WND she is a wife, mother and homemaker. She described herself as "an average citizen with reasonable research skills."
She said she became concerned when she realized that Congress was not willing to investigate issues concerning Obama's identity, including whether or not he currently is using a fraudulent Social Security Number, and that federal law enforcement authorities also were doing nothing.
"Between October 2008 and May 2011, I submitted several requests to agencies and people with the legal responsibility and authority to investigate the use of forged documents and election fraud, concerning Obama's birth records and Social Security Number," she stated in her affidavit. "To date no one with the legal responsibility and authority has responded to any of these requests."
Jordan told WND she finally decided to investigate Obama on her own initiative.
"I did my own research and I found allegations that Obama was using a fraudulent Social Security Number and that his birth certificate had been forged were more than credible," she said. "Then I saw many brave people putting their reputations on the line to get the truth concerning Obama, including military officers like Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, and I decided I could no longer just sit back and watch."
Jordan finally decided to take matters in her own hand.
"I considered myself to be one of the employers of the United States," she said, "so I decided to sign up for E-Verify and see if I could determine whether or not I could find out something about his true identity."
In May 2010,WND reportedtwo private investigators working independently were asking why President Obama was using a Social Security Number set aside for applicants in Connecticut while there is no record he ever had a mailing address in that state.
In addition, the records indicate the Social Security Number Barack Obama is using was issued between 1977 and 1979, yet Obama's earliest employment reportedly was in 1975 at an ice cream shop in Hawaii.

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona has constituted a special law enforcement posse to investigate allegations brought by members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party that the birth certificate Barack Obama released to the public April 27 might be a forgery, WND has learned.
The posse, under the authority of Arpaio's office, will consist of two former law enforcement officers and two retired attorneys, headed by Michael Zullo, a retired police detective originally from Bergen County, N.J.
WND confirmed with Zullo and with Arpaio's office that the investigation into the Obama birth certificate has been sanctioned fully by Arpaio's office. The investigation, they said, will be conducted with "utmost diligence," and the investigators will be authorized to utilize subpoena power.
Arpaio spokesman Lt. Justin Griffin told WND that Arpaio's posse will consist entirely of volunteers and will avoid incurring any cost to the taxpayers of Maricopa County.
"I am very grateful that Sheriff Joe Arpaio is a sincere man of his word and a fearless, patriotic American," Brian Reilly, a spokesman for the Surprise Tea Party, told WND.
The document in question, which has been described as a fraud by numerous analysts and experts in imaging, documents and computers:
Reilly had less kind words for his representatives in Washington, D.C.
"Congress should be ashamed," he said. "They didn't even have the backbone to uphold their constitutional oaths of office to initiate this investigation."
Arpaio's move is unprecedented in that WND research can find no other instance in United States history in which a county sheriff's office has undertaken an investigation of a document pertaining to a sitting United States president.

"My door is open to everyone, and I don't kick them out. If a complaint is legitimate, I don't dump it into the wastebasket," he continued. "When I get allegations brought to me by the citizens of Maricopa County, I look into the allegations, just like I am doing here."
Arpaio explained to WND that there are over 3,000 people who participate in his office's volunteer posse program.
The "Cold Case Posse," however, has been described as a "posse within the posse," consisting of volunteers with professional experience in conducting investigations, including individuals chosen because of their professional backgrounds in law enforcement, as well as lawyers who have participated in criminal or civil cases and individuals with specialized skills in fields ranging from accounting to conducting criminal forensic examinations.
In the past few months, the Cold Case Posse has been inactive, largely because of budgetary limitations within the Maricopa County Sheriff's office.
But in the past few days, Arpaio has assigned a 5-person group serving under the auspices of the Cold Case Posse to undertake the Obama birth certificate investigation.
Sources within the sheriff's office explained to WND that the Cold Case Posse has been constituted as a 501(c)3 organization ? separately organized within the 3,000-member volunteer posse ? enabling people from around the country to contribute to its mission.
As WND reported, Arpaio is responding to a complaint brought to his office by representatives of the Surprise Tea Party in Surprise, Ariz., who have expressed in writing their concerns that the voting rights of Maricopa County residents in the 2012 presidential election could be compromised if Obama were to use a forged birth certificate to establish his eligibility under Article 1, Section 2, of the Constitution.

I didn't see anyone complaining about Obama during the Democratic primary season. The media and the public fawned over him despite his inexperience and incompetence. If all of the negativity about him came out at that point, maybe we would be in a better position with Hillary in office.
As far as I am concerned, it's too little too late from the anti-Obama crowd. Through not supporting Hillary, they contributed to what we have just as much as anyone else.

Arizona's maverick Sheriff Joe Arpaio promised surprises in his jurisdiction's investigation of Barack Obama's eligibility for the presidential ballot and his Cold Case Posse is delivering ? raising questions that touch on the authenticity of the long-form[FONT=inherit !important][FONT=inherit !important]birth[/FONT][FONT=inherit !important]certificate[/FONT][/FONT]issued last April and the possibility Obama is using a fraudulent Social Security Number.
Sources close to the investigation say the posse has decided it needs to see original[FONT=inherit !important][FONT=inherit !important]birth[/FONT][FONT=inherit !important]records[/FONT][/FONT]before it can conclude whether Obama should be eligible for the presidential ballot in 2012, not an electronic[FONT=inherit !important][FONT=inherit !important]file[/FONT][/FONT]or scanned copies.
The sources say the panel needs to examine the microfilm documenting Obama's birth, as well as the ink-and-paper original 1961 birth records the Hawaii Department of Health is holding in its vault.
The[FONT=inherit !important][FONT=inherit !important]PDF[/FONT][/FONT]file and various scanned copies of the birth certificate that the White House released April 27 are simply not good enough, the posse has determined.
Earlier this month, WND senior staff reporter Jerome R. Corsi spent 18 hours over a two-day period in Arizona briefing the Cold Case Posse on a wide range of evidence regarding Obama's eligibility.
"The posse wants to see the entire microfilm roll containing Obama's birth certificate, not just a microfilm copy of Obama's long-form birth certificate in isolation," Corsi explained. "An individual microfilm copy could be forged, but forging the entire microfilm reel on which Obama's birth certificate is in sequence would be almost impossible." [/FONT]91023i2ndw;l
Also, Corsi said, the posse wants the ink-and-paper original 1961 Obama birth records still held in vault by the[FONT=inherit !important][FONT=inherit !important]Hawaii[FONT=inherit !important]Department[/FONT][FONT=inherit !important]of[/FONT][FONT=inherit !important]Health[/FONT][/FONT]to be released publicly and subjected to independent court-authorized forensic examination.
Corsi affirmed that the posse's conclusion it needs to see the Obama birth certificate microfilm is part of the "shock" that Arpaiowarned would be forthcoming, when he spoke last week to the Surprise Tea Party group meeting in Surprise, Ariz.
The focus on the microfilm records of Obama's birth arose after Arpaio's investigators realized the birth certificates of twins born the day after Obama, the Nordykes, had been released as white-on-black copies of microfilm to the family by the Hawaii Department of Health in 1966.
WND reportedin July 2009 that Mrs. Eleanor Nordyke made public the copies in an article by the[FONT=inherit !important][FONT=inherit !important]Honolulu[/FONT][FONT=inherit !important]Advertiser[/FONT][/FONT].

WND also has reported that the Obama birth certificate's number appears to be out of sequence with the birth certificates of the Nordyke twins.
The Nordyke twins were born Aug. 5, 1961, one day after Obama, and their birth certificates were registered Aug. 11, 1961, three days later than Obama. Yet their birth certificates have lower numbers.
Susan Nordyke, the twin born first, has certificate number 10637, and her sister Gretchen has certificate number 10638. Obama, born Aug. 4, 1961, and registered Aug. 8, 1961, has certificate number 10641.
"In 1961, Barack Obama was not a celebrity," Corsi commented. "If the Nordyke twins birth certificates were reduced to microfilm or microfiche by 1966, the date Mrs. Nordyke got the copies she made public, then Obama's birth certificate should have been reduced to microfilm or microfiche at the same time."
Corsi also indicated that the Arizona posse has interviewed court-certified forensic examiners who have advised that they can only issue an expert opinion on whether Obama's birth certificate is a forgery if they can examine the original ink-and-paper records.
Corsi told WND the Arpaio investigation is far-reaching in scope.
In addition to examining whether or not the long-form birth certificate is a forgery, the Cold Case Posse is examining evidence that Obama may have a fraudulent Social Security Number. The posse also is looking at records pertaining to Obama's birth narrative that suggest Barack Obama Sr. may not be the biological father.
"In total, the Cold Case Posse has assembled some 2,000 pages of evidence in the case," Corsi explained, "and is now preparing to conduct interviews to examine a wide range of questions, including that Obama may not be qualified to be president under Article 2, Section 1 of[FONT=inherit !important][FONT=inherit !important]the[/FONT][FONT=inherit !important]Constitution[/FONT][/FONT]because he was a dual citizen at birth, given that his father was listed as a citizen of Kenya when the future president was born."
Corsi said the Cold Case Posse is currently in the process of briefing various Arizona[FONT=inherit !important][FONT=inherit !important]state[/FONT][FONT=inherit !important]officials[/FONT][/FONT]about the progress of the investigation.
"Sheriff Arpaio said this would be a thorough and diligent investigation," Corsi said, "and that is exactly what the investigation has become. Sheriff Arpaio once again has proven to be a man of his word."
