came out of nowhere as far i know. one day rjt is gyno's stallion, next day he has a gay squeaky voice.

gyno seems to have the scoop on all poster's voices. apparently ck sounds like he has down syndrome

CK doesnt shock me at all

RJT is hard to figure. He says hes italian but starting to really think hes a squeaky jap with a blow out who dresses like Jersey Shore and thinks hes italian

I came up with a new idea for equality

If you only want to keep 4 guys you get to go into the pool of who is dropped before the draft starts.

Easy fix

Pujy/Cano/Ian are for sure keepers

then there is either bum Hanson/Bum JJ/ best C Carlos or young phenom Julio

Restatement ?110: primary purpose of the statute of frauds is evidentiary

Cases that are common within the statute of frauds:

Regarding cases we have learned:
  1. Land transfer agreements, (real estate)- more than 1 year
  2. Agreements to buy or sell goods for $500 or more, (UCC)
  3. Agreements (Service Contracts) that cannot be performed within one year from the date the agreement was made (One Year Rule)
Regarding Cases we have not learned but still in ?110:
  1. A contract of an executor/administrator to answer the duty of his decedent (executor-administrator provision)
  2. A contract to answer the duty of another (suretyship provision)
  3. A contract made upon consideration of marriage (the marriage provision)

1. We don't know who's even in the league
2. Rule changes will be tough. See #1
3. I need popcorn seeing this league come up with a date where everyone can draft

Mid to late March for the draft. No way we're drafting in February again and I gotta listen to 6 weeks of Tripp and his "let's do a small deal." :shoot:

Where will you be in March? What time works best for you?

Will be another slow draft if we can't get a time that works for everyone.
