I'm sure all these high supplement things are effective but just keeping it simple worked for me:
Eat well and exercise! Moderation and movement.
Make those two a habit and unless you're trying to win Mr America it's probably more than enough for most goals.
A good immune system is earned........ and it's worth it.
Taking a minute to brag - I went from 355 pounds down to 225 where I rest comfortably today.
And BTW same with all these diet plans, didn't need any of that, just made better choices at the dinner table. And over time I ate less.
Oh and again - exercise! Heard a Doctor asked the most effective exercise plan he's ever heard of - "get out the front door."
Move! Once you start it becomes almost a habit.
Over the weekend when I sit all day Saturday and Sunday watching/wagering on football, I feel guilty, it actually bothers me.....
Naw, didn't spur me out the door this weekend but at least I got to the stage where it bothers me to be lazy, in the past that was more a way of life.
Eat well and exercise. And be patient. Don't expect miracle results, in fact the slower it comes off the better your chances of keeping it off.....
Now where are those Doritos? LOL.
