So they paid 300k to sponsor a 3rd tier bowl in the Bahamas that they think will attract business investment in town. The city manager should be fired.
Fire him before his trip to the Bahamas.
I would have guessed that type of sponsorship cost more than 300K.

Elk Grove Village is a great town just a little Northwest West of Downtown Chicago. Real close to O'hare Airport. Nice business park area, great recreational parks, pools, modern day health clubs, park district sports. Excellent Hospital and healthcare facilities. Alexian Brothers. Residents have much love for their town.
