I had the one step program. My family ate there a few years back, we all became violently ill, and had a brutal case of hershey squirts. Now I practically gag just driving by one or seeing Jared.

I could/should be a spokeperson. I have lost 24lbs in exactly 9 weeks eating those things 3-4 times per week. They are as healthy as a sandwich can get.

If you try Jersey Mike's, you'll never walk into another Subway. I live in Tampa and there is one there that I know of. I also frequent one in Orlando. Not sure if they're any further south than that.

We only have Subway here, Quiznos is set to open in about 6 weeks & I can't wait !


I starting watching/cutting my calories in late Feb., & Subway has been my friend ever since. I've lost 84 pounds (340 to 256) in 5 months, I eat one almost every day, same one,same way every day. Ham on Italian Herb & Cheese, with spicy mustard instead of mayo. I love sandwiches & can't wait for Quiznos to open ever since I saw everyone in this thread say that Subway is at the bottom of the sandwich shops. I've had Quiznos a couple times, but it's been years & always in an airport either coming from or going to Vegas.


P.S. I am 6'3", so don't be hating on me thinking I look like Jabba the Hut !! :)
