Before conference tournament play Betonline was opening up NCAA basketball at about 12:30 PM central, with Bookmaker coming up about 4:30 PM, and everyone else following after that... Added games would pop up around 8:30-9 AM the next morning (I believe bookmaker first)...
I'm sure times are going to vary now but typically you should get almost games (unless off the board for injuries or something) around 9 AM or so...
